Any hope I get paid? Aspire Global bonus abuse

Recommended Posts

Hello Ask Gamblers community!

Long time lurker, first time poster.  And probably a bit cliche to post in a time of need, but here it goes anyway.

TL; DR:  I signed up for a new casino, had an epic run (or me at least) and then realized retroactively that I violated TOS stating that for casinos in the Aspire Global LTD group, welcome bonuses are 1X per person, even if casino brands and owners are different.  Withdraw of 4,200 euros now pending for 5 days while they complete document verification.  If anyone has been in a similar spot, is there any chance of being paid?

The longer version:   I am always looking for new casinos as I sometimes close old accounts with other brands when I am on a cold run, or want to take a break from gaming.  Ask Gamblers is the way I find new places to play at.  I try to avoid playing at sister casinos by checking the ownership group when signing up to a new casino.

I found a new place to play at, and this was the only casino listed by that specific owner.  This was good enough for me, and I signed up, accepted a 100% match bonus, and was off.  Turned an initial small deposit into about 500 euros, and requested a withdraw.  Less than 24 hours later I had reversed, and was down to less than 100 euros before I hit a ton of pinks on Reactoonz for 1500X bet.

I usually have a small budget for gaming, and I rarely succeed in turning my initial deposit into anything more than a few hundred, let alone, several thousands.  I requested the withdraw and began the wait.  Their normal advertised processing time of 48 hours had long since passed, and now we sit at around 5 days.  I just got off with live support who said my documents have been received and should complete the review process within 24 hours.

During the waiting time, I dug through their TOS and realized that I was in violation of the 1X per user bonus policy for all Aspire casinos.  Over the years, I have probably been a member of at least 3 or 4 Aspire casinos, and deposited with a welcome bonus each time.  I have also made many regular deposits to these casinos, also.  I do not remember any withdraw issues--if I completed a withdraw, then it was for a small amount and was processed normally.

Has anyone been where I am now?  I feel like there is a slim to no chance of me collecting my winnings, even though I feel that this rule is not player-first at all.  But with that said, I should have done my due diligence first and reviewed TOS.

If anyone can provide insight into this, I would appreciate it.  I take it the owner of the casino is simply on paper, and it is ASPIRE that runs the customer service and all that good stuff, or does the owner matter?

For what it is worth, this is a brand new casino and I am hoping that they will pay out, and if they do not, perhaps they would be sensitive to the possibility of me voicing my poor experience with them (which I brought 100% onto myself).

They also have the cheesy ad copy on their site stating that their way of operating is C.A.R.E--Customer's really are everything...hopefully someone takes that to heart, if not, expensive lesson learned!

Thanks Ask Gamblers for an awesome community, if I do not get paid the silver lining is this experience has gotten me to finally create an account and begin posting, so perhaps it was all worth it in the end  :)

May have been alright - if you signed up to all their brands in 24hrs you'd probably be snookered but, tbh, their terms read as if they have discretion - use of the word MAY.

As to how hard they enforce it, probably depends on how much you win/how many you signed up too in a short time,  cos I'm pretty sure I've w/d from 2 welcome bonus's from the two brand I (was) a member of.

Don't play there anymore-  mainly cos they're rubbish.
