GunsBet - Withdrawal Issue

I might be over worrying or over thinking it but I am stuck in situation where I cannot withdraw at all.

I made deposit using Neteller and claimed the welcome bonus. - I play in ZAR currency.

I finally completed wager and wanna withdraw my cash - however If I withdraw ZAR currency - The withdrawal list is empty - As soon as I change to Euro Currency then all options appear.

My account is verified already and all docs approved. They have escalated to see why no withdrawal options are visible under ZAR currency... should I be worried?

Support keeps telling I need to deposit with VISA so they can send funds to VISA - I got rid of my CC already and do not have one.

Weird they do not have any withdrawal option including Bank Transfer. I am giving them the day to come with a suitable answer. Normally I am the most patient person, but today I just cannot wait to withdraw my funds for some reason.

I think its just bug in their system to be honest and anyway, why are they requesting you to "deposit" over VISA for them to send you money, when its obvious that it's their problem and when something like that happens casinos usually send money with other option, it happened to me once and that how it was done.
Did you ask support to manually convert your ZAR currency into euros where you have a lot of withdrawing options so you can just withdraw your money?
This is how ZAR withdraw looks for me maybe it can help you somehow - Only one but for deposit 4 Visa, NETTLER, Paysafe, Neosurf

I asked them yes for converting funds to euros or to BTC and pay out via neteller or BTC and they said no.

I have no options available at the moment.

Look how they state ''We Only allow cashout through payment systems used for deposit previously''

Really strange, so what now? You're waiting for them to get back to you? So even if you make a deposit with Neteller you can't withdraw?

Yes, the only withdrawal option is with Visa - However my bank decline deposit with my card to online casinos.

2.) Pay Safe card is alternative - however I cannot create account their.

 

They basically asked me to switch to a bank that whose cards allow deposits to gambling websites lol. Imagine.

hey will get back to me in the next hour to see what other options there are.

But bank transfer is not an option either.

So I really dont know what tod o.

@Fiekie247I am just curious why don't they just transfer your ZAR to EUR and that's it you can withdraw easily, instead, they are declining and basically torturing the player to deposit again on the site using VISA and asking you to even switch cards lol what a joke instead of just fixing it in a matter of seconds.
You deposited via NETTLER - You can withdraw via NETTLER if your currency is euro what are they doing ^^

Fiekie create one account here <SNIP>, they have SWIFT and IBAN for you, and one account in the UK.

Waiting on finance to see what they can do. Hope they can make an exception this time around.

@Fiekie247Read complaint you created and I'm happy that you got the money even if it took a couple of days, just interested did they send you money using EUR/USD or ZAR?

They added neteller as withdrawal option under ZAR currency. Now I can withdraw to neteller. 

Money being Wired to my bank acc as we speak. Won 20k over the last week.

Anytime - Just leave the kids at home
