Your experience with Gaming Innovation Group Ltd. brands

Hi there,

I'm signed on a website where a just read an article about Gaming Innovation Group Ltd. brands. They are investigating malafide  practices for Gaming Innovation Group Ltd. brands. This includes Rizk, Guts, Thrills, Kaboo & Betspin and all other brands.

I wanted to know your experiences here because I'm playing at Rizk but never had an payout here.

Didn't read that article yet but as for my experience with all this brands you mentioned are great.Rizk if you are fully verified their payout are lightning super fast...I usually get their withdraw  in seconds 5-15 and yes SECONDS :)

Buut with their newest brand Metal Casino i have an issue as they refuse to accept my documents.I was trying and trying but they keep refusing it.They blocked my account and nothing has changed.I have contacted GiG so will see what will be the answer,if they respond as this is their problem!

Hit and miss for me re GiG. As Katemak said, their payments are usually quick - Rizk being the fastest IMO.

However, I find a lot of their sites to be buggy and error laden - Highroller being the worse, Rizk a tad better but not much. Guts went downhill years ago - constantly asking for RE- verification  for each withdrawals for a time and trying to get a straight answer from them was murder. Thrills and Betspin legged it from the UK market - not sure if other places. 

Rizk's approach to SOW requests is just wrong, so possibly prepare for a fight with them if requested: i found them quite obstinate when arguing that what they were doing was BS - maybe they've changed and actually read the legislation, I dunno.  I never trust a place when they say 'per our regulations' but when asked to specify it, they can't (i usually read - we're talking *****)

I still have an O/S issue with them that's never been resolved re registration with others in the group - in the entire company, no one knows what's happened so that doesn't fill me with confidence. 

Err...yeah, so....an OK-ish group, you'll be safe playing there but expect several hiccups if my experience is anything to go by. Personally, I don't care how fast their payments are if i'm going to have to deal with site errors and with withdrawal/verification fights.

In the spirit of even handedness, there are always two sides; remember that there are more fraudulent players than casinos. However, given the elusiveness of Videoslots in banning players for some vague reasons, it does happen, arbitrarily. 

Iv never had issues in that respect; just didn’t like their incompetence.

Still pisssed, I must admit I miss the tournaments.
