Animals have their alignments to nature constantly...their survival depends on it...but they don't have our intelligence. We humans have great intelligence,  but we don't have great alignment to nature...so we need to culture, nurture and learn it. First in line, as you have indicated there...always get enough of proper sleep! Hahaha.
