Campeonbet Withdrawal issue

Recommended Posts

I am having hard time withdrawing my winnings from Campeonbet Casino. As this casino is awarded the best new casino, it could be assumed that the casino is well known here.

Here is what I have experienced so far>

1. 1.withdrawal request on 7th of March, pending for 3 days, finally was reversed by myself as I lost my balance.

2. 2. withdrawal request on 9th of March, got approved after 3 days. Numerous emails, chat session with the live support, cost me a lot of time and energy.

3. 3. withdrawal is pending now for 2 days. Im just reluctant to contact them as it didnt really help the last time.

The withdrawal policy says 12 hours processing time for Safecharge. So Im kind of clueless what to do.

Hope the other members could shade light on this issue. Thank you in advance.

Hello Xadnan, welcome to Askgamblers. :hi:

Well, for me personally, I had closed my account at Campeonbet Casino soon after making a deposit there (my one and only deposit) - the casino simply wasn't up to my expectations, so I wasn't going to waste my time and money there. How the casino won that Award is totally beyond my understanding, but that's another story, hehehe.

Just hold on for a bit...someone will soon chip in and give you better comments or advice.

Update on 3.request made on 13.03.19 @7am.

Today morning I got an email from the support that the withdraw is approved. But still after 12 hours, the status of the withdraw is showing pending on my account and I cant make a new request.

Sent email ->no reply. Then talking to live support-theyre askign me to send an email to the support/KYC. The same vigorous cycle as usual.

i have about 8K balance left on my account (5K deposit!, 3K winnings). IF this trend continues, I will get only 1K max per 3-4 days. That will probably to make sure that I continue to play and lose it all.

Well...that says a lot about the casino's undesirable withdrawal terms, doesn't it?

Perhaps you should withdraw whatever amount you can per day or per week, then simply close off your account at Campeonbet and play elsewhere. Nonetheless, always check the new casino's withdrawal terms and general T&C first! ?

Well, as I have said in another topic very recently, all casinos are more concerned about money (theirs and yours) and wouldn't care much at all about the players. If it's your money...quick, quick. make a big deposit and win big! If it's their money going out...we need to scrutinise everything first, so some delays can be expected... delaying tactics of course...but not all casinos are like this thankfully.

Take my advice...try casinos belonging to Direx NV and you can get really fast payouts from them...but slowdowns do happen at times...even with the best casinos. ?

I must admit Campeonbet has all the games that I like to play. So I was thrilled to sign up. They have a good site, pretty fast and well organized.

But it seems that without fast or even a decent payment speed, all other good things are just a waste.

I am more pissed off at ask gamblers than campeon bet as their best award promted me to open an account with them and the deposit of 5K with blind faith.

I did read their terms, and it says withdraw is processed within 24 hours.

Hey there,

We have just contacted their rep here and hopefully, you will receive update on your issue very soon.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I can completely understand this issue. I have tried many online casinos and 90% of them have delayed my withdraw requests.

To be honest I didn't notice such delay at Campeonbet, I should admit that they were pretty quick. I still play at Campeonbet, I kinda like them! Let us know if they react at your issue.

Thanks for your feedback!

The 3. withdrawal is approved just now, after a pending period of 36 hours. Lets see what happens with the 4th one. ?

well, I dont know why this topic is set to "resolved".

Campeonbet is keep failing to stick to its own policy. I have had 4 withdrawals, amounted of 4000 Euro in the last 15 days.  Not a single withdraw request is approved within 12 hours as they promised on their policy for Safecharge withdrawl. The fastest one was 36 hours, all others were approved after more than 3 days.

Considering I have an initial deposit of 5000 Euro in the first week of march, this delay feels almost like  deliberate "cheating".  15 days, and I could not still withdraw my original deposit. And in the mean time lost most of winnings.  This was mainly due to the fact that they cheated me on  the responsible limit, another story, will post soon with exact details separately.

I still have an pending withdraw since 36 hours, and am pretty sure that it wont be approved before another deliberate delay of 3 days.

Based on my experience, I suggest askgamblers shall deduct their ranking points due to poor deliberate withdraw delay and reconsider the Best Casino Award.

I set it to resolved as you had the 4 withdrawals approved. Yes it was outside of their own policy terms but from what I gathered you had received all of your winnings?

Is that not correct? Is the withdrawal pending now part of the initial withdrawal or a new one?

4 withdraws, amounted 4K (max 1000 per request) approved in 15 days, and considering 5000 as deposit amount, how can this be considered as "resolved"!!

My objection is about the delay, and this is a deliberate delay, and has not been solved even after 5 withdraw requests. Or it seems, we as players must be happy with the money, even if it is approved after 3 days!

Resolved will be removed.  I misunderstood, it will go back to resolved once you get your money.
