Question regarding Bonus at Bettson Casino

unfortunately I took the new Bonus from Bettson. 100% to your first deposit and 20 freespins....okay so far so good. You have to wager your deposit 35times before you can make a withdrawal.

Okay I understand this so far. So I did deposit 50€, and started with 100€. I always play roulette. At first it didn't go well, so I lost 30€. But at the end of the session I was at 92€. So today I took a look at my account with the balance. And I was shocked. My whole deposit was gone, and I am playing with the Casino Bonus? I did contact the support, they were very nice. And they told me my whole deposit went into the 5!!! active Bonus I have now!!

Okay, I have to make 1750 Euro til 6th of April now. My question now, if I am not able to wager this what will happen with the money I have won? Will it be lost?? So I am winning now, and in the end, because of let's say 20 missing € I am loosing all again? That would be really hard....and why did they use my deposit for the five active Bonus I have? When I have - as far as I can remember - only two? The 100-200% for my deposit and the free spins? This makes only two in my mind. I did ask the support, but they won't give me an answer to this. I like betsson, it is a nice Casino, but this is something I don't understand. Maybe you can help me there. Thank you very much.

Sorry, but kinda confused about how many bonuses you actually  got from the casino. Please provide more details so that we could assist properly.

Bonuses work as such

100% bonus

Deposit 100 and  receive an extra 100 bonus

So 200 all together 

If you lose 100 you will start playing the 100 bonus money you've received. I'm not sure how betson does it, but if you deposit more when you're using bonus cash, you might have to wager the bonus first or play through the 100 bonus cash. If theres an option to cancel the bonus, that would probably be the  better option.

You can't cash out until your 100 bonus is wagered 35 times using yours or the bonus money.

Some casinos let you cash out but they cancel your bonus. As long as you haven't dipped into the bonus cash.

If I take a bonus, I'll usually play it out completely before making another deposit.

Rules vary casino to casino, some are just complete scams. Bettson has a good reputation.

As other forum members has advised it sounds a bit confusing.

From what I can gather that is bothering you is that you thought your deposit is seperate cash and bonus is seperate cash. Well in 90% of all casinos once you deposit and take a bonus, the entire amount is bonus cash and needs to be wagered x35.

You do get casinos like Redbet, Slotsmillion, Casumo where your deposit is seperate from your bonus cash, which means if you win big using the deposited funds (Your real money) then you can withdraw anytime and cancel the entire bonus amount. Also note that when casino have this option, your wagering of bonus funds only start when you lost your deposit and start using your bonus funds for bets.

For Betsson - I think when you deposited 50 euro and got 50 euro bonus funds, the entire 100 euro Turned to bonus funds, however the wagering only applied on the actual 50 euro bonus amount. So basically you cannot withdraw until wager is complete.
