ValDes
Hey there @psihozni Unfortunately, it seems you don't have a valid case here simply because max allowed bet while wagering welcome bonus is 1 EUR. More info below:
psihozni
@ValDes But I was guiding with what is stated at askg as you can see in screenshot and is askg certified casino it clearly states 5 euro max bet in bonus description on askg...and what is that rule of max bet of 1 euro in bonus..never seen this before..standard is 5 euro max bet in bonus..so I took that info from askg as standard one. pinnit2015
Ooft I thought Redbets two quid max bet was low. Unfortunately I can’t see any recourse: you’re bound by the ts and cs of the casino, not the AG review. Things change and you should always check on their site just to be sure. Maybe if you explain it to the casino they might make an exception. Maybe it was 5 and changed recently, I don’t know as I don’t work for AG
psihozni
@pinnit2015yes but as certified askg casino you expect to have correct info
psihozni
@pinnit2015 Casino can only put the bonus again...thats all they can do...and I took it becouse I feel sick and just want to end this. pinnit2015
blondie
I can understand how you feel but in my opinion, it's so often that casinos change their terms and conditions that as pinnit said, you should always check the info on casinos page and if you're confused, talk to the customer support agent and save the conversation. On a hindsight, that's a really low maximum bet rule and I haven't seen that in a while. But unfortunately, at the end of the day, if you take casinos money (bonus offer) you need to apply by all the rules, even if they are silly. And if you don't like that, simply don't take bonuses. pinnit2015

And the answer to this is to close your account and seek further help. I'm sure VaIDes can tell more. Truly hope you will figure a way out of this situation you clearly don't want to be in! psihozni
@blondieand to be even worse thats the only direx casino I think with 1 euro max bet rule. so sick
pinnit2015
It is super low. I took a bonus at Mongoose casino the other day and theirs is a 10 I know what you’re saying: ideally everything is as it says but in the absence of some automated real time update some of these things will slip through the net unfortunately... Wider issue is that it shows how restrictive and potentially damaging taking a bonus is. Cough: if they had max bet protection (which any casino can get it they really wanted to) we wouldn’t be having this conversation: cough blondie

cocopop3011
@psihozni Hi and welcome to the forum. I am going to forward this information straight away regarding the mis-leading information we have in the bonus section on AG. Howver, and as you have already been informed by our members it is still your responsibility to check the terms and condtions of any bonus you play in before you take it. I will sure that the correct bonus terms and updated an I am sorry once again that this has been mis-leading for you.
psihozni
@cocopop3011 I understand that even you couldn't imagine that 1eur max bet in bonus can exist. I am now sure that this is the only online casino that have that kind of rule...and of course I won at that casino..thats my amazing luck. The terms stated on the aforementioned review were the ones we got upon publishing the bonus. Apparently these have changed over time but the operator never informed the relevant AG team. Sorry for the confusion, but as explained by other members - you must double check ALL terms with the casino itself prior using ANY bonus. cocopop3011
psihozni
@ValDes yes you are right...but tell me pls..is it normal that this casino is one of the top rated and certified casino...with this rule for a welcome bonus...1eur max bet...it never cross my mind that I could break a rule by betting 2 eur per spin max. and I took max bonus. I just asked for restricted slots and start to play. Sick

On the other hand they are definitely NOT the only one top notch operator out there applying similar restrictions and I guess that 'strategy' is simply but surly getting into an industry trend. psihozni and cocopop3011
pinnit2015
Noticed that even Shadowbet are maxing their bets at 2, joining Redbet and some others. So the five quid max bets are moving to the 2 quid. Soon it will be 1 and then they'll be gone. The best i've seen in a while is that Mongoose: 30X wagering, 10 quid max AND real cash contributes to the wagering. Ker-Ching. Low maximum bets doesn't create a bad casino - it's just their business model. Though to be honest if that start offering 1 quid max stakes, 90x wagering and a restricted games list longer than the bible, they're probably best just to stop offering them. There are some that apply bonus restrictions AFTER you've met wagering - be wary of these. If in doubt, take the cash out once you finish and then come back with a fresh deposit at some point. Some even don't let you go into restricted games and some have max bet protection on. Some casinos have some predatory bonus terms that's for sure but i can say i've never really had any issues with withdrawals. But yeah, to remove any ambiguity it's probably best to play w/o one - but at the same time it can be good for have some extra play time. For things like restricted games there is absolutely no excuse in this day and age why players should even be allowed to play these when they have a bonus. Arguably same for max bet. Simple code that links bonus money with max stakes: bet not accepted. Yes, players should read etc but equally, if one casino can do this they all can. It's a kick in the guts but you never know, the gambling gods can sometimes do a RTP correction in the future - just don't go chasing any lost cash: play and enjoy and you never know. If you go seeking that 2300, you're in for a world of pain ValDes
