Need to vent about Royal Panda...

Hello all,

Im here to vent,i am long time player at Royal Panda and i have had to verify about 5 times already. I only play with ideal deposits and creditcard and i play a lot. Im a gold member so that says enough. After a three month losing streak and the last discussion about gold status not giving cool benefits i still played ( yes i am a woman of habit) Anyway this morning i played and won 350 euros. So i decided to not play anymore and have it payed out. I mean atleast some of my losses returned right?

I got a very strange email from roy the specialvip care guy that if i wanted to keep playing at royal panda ( excuse me? Im probably paying your paychecks dude) i needed to send them my statements from salary for three months and 3 months of bankstatements, because they wanted to verify what my income is. So i called and the servicedesk said yeah when you reach certain amounts you get rechecked ( i have send them everything for 5 times already and i was promised last time that i was good to go for eternity) so i asked them what they would do with my personal documents because i think its risky and i dont want them to know what i spend my money on when im not playing... the answer was, only internally we discuss this and we keep your personal information for 5 years)

 

al bullshit aside.. they took away the ideal option, they took away the fast bank transfer option and now i have to send 3 months of bankstatements? and my salary statement? and they cant even tell me why? 

my cybersecurity senses are buzzing. And AFTER they pay my winnings ( wich i doubt they will or they will stall it for weeks) im gone. The service is getting worse and worse and there are no clear responses.

Does anyone else have experience with them lately like mine? is it me or did they get shittier after joing leovegas? they keep saying that there was fraud from the netherlands and thats why they check, but they only seem to check wen you win.

Hi Miranda, welcome back to Askgamblers after a short period of abstinence, hehehe.

Well, if you came back and posted a nice winning screenshot, I would have been very happy for you...but coming back and venting...oh dear me...that's not good at all...but it seems to be so frequent with many other players too nowadays.

The entertainment value of playing at online casinos has seen a drastic drop of late, if you ask me, what with all those requirements for selfies, Source of Wealth documents, bla bla bla. I wish I can help you out here, Miranda, but Royal Panda got pushed over Dover Cliffs by me some months ago (including many other casinos too - all asking me to send selfies and whatnots), but I hope someone else can give you some good advice or comments for you. Royal Panda, for me, is history, hehehe. ?

haha okay, i had absolutely nothing to post , was working 80 hours a week, well i asked them if they also needed a full dna report and my measurements but they didnt think it was funny . I guess Royal Panda really lost its charm and its service. I do hope they still read all the complaints and learn from it. Wishfull thinking probably :)

Well, if there's anyone out there asking for your measurements, it'll be from guys like me...hahaha. Nope...I'm not a crazy guy...just a normal man! :lol:

Yes, Dover Cliffs are stunning indeed...especially when casinos stand very close to the edges...a spectacular view! Hahaha.

So...with that good news from Royal Panda, will you take them to Dover...or not? Hehehe. :D

Point A is that they have no right to see that you like to buy frozen crispy pancakes and half price pizza's. If you ever get it again I'd refuse to send it in and let them report it onto your countries version of the National Crime Agency - then then hold the money, investigate and then release. May be cutting your nose off to spite your space but ho hum. 

This is the start of the SOW now going into the MGA casinos now. 

'When you reach certain amounts you get rechecked' - again, if they're basing it on a rigid monetary amount then they're wrong and they need to get a new legal team.

This has been happening a few times with RP across the web. What's telling is that normally when there is a complaint and/or their rep gets involved, pending withdrawals are then paid - which would suggest that even they aren't sure on how to apply this. 

In terms of LV - I'm not sure. Though history would suggest that when Big Company A takes-over Smaller Company B, it never ends that well. The bigger ones tries to impose their culture etc on the other and takes away their 'idiosyncrasies'. Still think that they pretty much operate autonomously for the time being and are probably left to just get on with it. LV now have such a wide portfolio that there's 10 times more the chance that one of them gets it wrong, so you maybe are finding that some of it's spilling into their other properties. 

Next on the agenda will be credit checking players before you register. Good luck with that, half their player base will be wiped off the map before a balls being kicked. 

New UKGC rules come out, or are out, can't remember, that is telling companies that they need to be more transparent as to what and when certain checks will be carried out. Hopefully that will smooth some of it over. But, probably not.
