Tamzy129976
When you submit a withdrawal, it used to sit pending 3-5 business days and you would still have to get in contact on the chat for them to send it to the processer. The processsor keeps it for 7-10 budinesss days and then you have to wait for your money to hit your bank a further 7-10 days I was told a while back they aiming to improve their timeframes but in fact they have extended it. Now when you withdraw, your money sits pending 7 business days which means up to two weeks including weekends before it even gets sent to the processor. It really should be illegal to have such long time frames. It takes a month to receive your winnings. Such a shame as this is the only thing that lets this site down. It really is outrageous and I don’t know how and why it takes so long.

pinnit2015
Sadly, if USA, there's not a plethora of casinos out there. Casinomax would pay you faster if you can play there, as would a few others but they are relatively limited in comparison to Europe etc. Any place that starts increasing periods to process would give me alarm bells (Dr Vegas started this and then boom, out of business. Codeta are at it as well and i'd be surprised if they see April-19) Why on earth is a payment processor keeping it for a week? Never heard of that, certainly not here. Tamzy129976
I know it’s really frustrating and I never get any real answers as to why their withdrawals are so long. They just say it’s our terms and conditions. It’s made me really think now though receiving your replies if they are in trouble. I think I will stop playing there! Some of their slots payout really well though. It’s a shame
