Hello, I don't know if there are many 7 Gods player here. But they have a pretty nice loyalty system where you earn points which you can spend on either free spins, bonus money or real money. However, a few days ago the real money option vanished for me (I have points worth around 2k + euro to spend) and wonder if someone can confirm it happend for all players?

Yeah I don't play here so I can't directly answer your question but have you considered asking their support where the option to exchange to cash has gone? What options do you have left now?

I have. I got the answer that real money exchange is undergoing some changes and that I would recieve a letter when it's done. I am however of a suspicious mind and thought the whole thing seemed strange. I just have this gut feeling that they the disabled it for me and therefore I wanted to see if anyone else could confirm it. It would take me 45 days atm to convert all points to money so having to wait longer just sucks haha.spicious

... Which is totally understandable of course! In your shoes, I would most probably feel and react the same way. After all, what's the point of being loyal to an online casino establishment when you are not allowed to benefit from their loyalty platform...

 

You should have in mind though that sometimes changes require time to get polished and up and running flawlessly. The bigger the change and the relevant service is, the more time it would usually take so you'd better be patient and give 7 Gods some time to fix this for you rather than rushing up with negative conclusions and losing all your progress and achievements with their loyalty platform.

Thank you for the replies. ValDes, you are right. I should be patient and do not wish to create any problems of any sort. There is much to like about 7Gods, maybe most of all their fast support and loyalty system. So I do not mean to trashtalk them in any way. Nonetheless, I thought it seemed to be odd since the system worked very well and for some reason it was apparently only the real cash option that was in need of an overhaul.

 

Anyway, as I said. You are probably right ValDes. I have now frozen my account for seven days so I won't spend any of my points on bonus money or free spins. I mean 2k euro with 1x wager is pretty good.

 

Thanks again. I would still be happy to hear from someone who plays at 7Gods about their experience though. I've played there alot recently and have had much contact with their support etc. Hopefully they will add a few more providers and get a swedish license as well soon.

It still appears in my shop as an option, but this isn't a conclusive "nail in the coffin" so to speak as the only activity I've had on the site to date has been making use of a couple of offered freebies.. so I'm not really your target demographic ;-) but if you needed help cursing the gods how can one repress the pull to play devil's advocate.. or perhaps cheerleader if only for a moment ;-P

Thanks everyone for checking for me. It's still gone though, about a month now =/ Anyway, kinda sucks when you have been grinding alot of points. Had around 2,4 k euro to cash in. Now I have begun spending points on bonus money with a 35x wager and a 3x max cashout....
