volendam101
Well, could it perhaps be that you wagered with an amount, more than 30 percent or equal of your deposit. Just guessing. Did you play Martingale at Roulette maybe. Were you wearing your fluorescent green trainers during gambling ?

Kingraj
Hi, I would advice to check your play history to see if you have actually betted 30% or more of your deposit. If you didn't bet 30% or more than contact them again and ask exactly what the irregular play was, however I am very suprised that one can't use martingale in roulette. That's the first casino I've seen that has this rule.
ValDes
Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers. Cashpot casino belongs to Game Tech, a group with serious history on the ''rogue part of the bizz'. Regardless, if you breached one or more of the aforementioned rules, I'm afraid you are chasing a dead cause here and no one is able to help you get back some/all your winnings. Hint: As far as I know none of the Game Tech operators is licensed to offer remote gambling services to UK & ROI punters and considering the lack of explicit restrictions stated within their general terms and conditions, you could at least fight to get back your deposits.
