TheScientist
I use Skrill in order to avoid mucking up my bank account statement with countless casino deposits. I typically make deposits of 10-20 euro at a time, and often have over 20 of these in a day, sometimes for several days on the trot, over many years, so put bluntly, I'm talking about thousands and thousands of transactions into online casinos. I still transfer money from my bank account into Skrill in order to use it for making deposits to casinos... has anyone had an experience of a bank/financial institution asking to see Skrill statements once they are aware you have a Skrill account from your bank statements? In relation to this, has anyone any recommendations of how you can completely conceal your online gaming activity from banking institutions? I've heard of banks looking unfavorably on loan/mortgage applications when they see something as simple as the odd tenner for playing national lottery... if they seen my Skrill account, they'd probably have me arrested for even making a loan application. Afi4wins
I too use Neteller exclusively for all my deposits and withdrawals...and my complete transaction list would probably be miles long! However, I have avoided making cash deposits into my Neteller account for over 4 years now, managing to fund my Neteller via other ways, so my bank manager doesn't know one hoot about my online gambling activities! Hehehe. But, it has become even more difficult to transfer money from my bank account into my Neteller account, due to stricter banking regulations and requirements...so after one rejected attempt, I gave up...so probably no more transfer attempts from me! What this means to me is...no funds in my Neteller...my Neteller will go DEAD NOT ALIVE... TheScientist

There is no way to hide your gambling activity better than you're already doing basically. I can't see any reason why your bank would ask to see a Skrill statement though to be honest. I can't see any reason why your bank would ask to see a Skrill statement though to be honest. They may ask, depending on the financial institution, what the transfers to Skrill are for. You document you outgoings, they see payment to British Gas etc so if the amounts to Skrill are considerable, it's only natural they may ask what these are for. Banks aren't stupid as well - they know e wallets are used heavily in gambling. Each lender has their own criteria - some are more flexible and less intrusive depending on their attitude to risk etc so it will depend on them. Personally i use a bank account that only has gambling transactions - i've been surprised it's not been closed tbh. Means that when i show them my salary etc they see nothing as it's with a different bank. volendam101
Pinnit, I am really surprised casinos are accepting bankstatements with only deposits and witdraws from casinos. It would mean you are such a lucky guy, all the time paying deposits from former withdraws. I think I understand how it works , prepaid Paysafe Cards ? Best wishes for 2019 by the way. About Skrill , Neteller etc , I dont believe in that system. First of all they are charging too much fees, to me and casinos for deposits and withdraws, twice if you pay or withdraw from or to your own bankaccount, and secondly I am very very sure if your national tax dept wants to check your gambling life, Skrill , Neteller and the others will give your details to them in a minute. Just my 2 cents as an opinion. TheScientist

Yes, it is a bit sickening that they charge fees to withdraw as well as to upload... they charge 1% to upload funds, but they have no charge for paying for things using the prepaid Mastercard... so the way I recoup winnings from my Skrill account is just to use the card for purchasing things or paying the odd bill, as well as more gambling of course

Sorry, I was referring to the banking institution who may look at my incoming and outgoing monies....I know that Barclays will likely close the account at some point as i think there's been a cull by some banks on people who use accounts for such. Totally agree with Skrill etc - they've had it too easy for too long. Now with the new Money Laundering Reg's targeting them as being soft touches (which they are as they don't care), casinos are restricting their use. Their fees are disgusting tbh and with the advent of Trustly, which is free and faster, i won't miss them one iota. Oh, and their customer service is amongst the worst I've ever seen. cocopop3011
williams_jamie
Guys, I also use Neteller for all my withdraws and deposits. It's very convenient and useful, Skrill is also good. But I'm playin' in different Casino's and most welcome payment system is Neteller and I can get my payments faster... what do you think?
