Hi everyone I recently joined playOJO had a good run and tried to withdraw 5k but they keep asking for more and more documents, I have game them everything they have asked but still nothing,This has been ongoing for a week now any suggestions what I can do ? Thanks Claire

You really shouldn't have a problem here, what documents do they keep asking for? You can use our Complaints Service of course if you feel like you're getting the run around and if you take a look at our review most of the complaints submitted have been resolved.

One more casino brand which is getting unusual amount of complaints recently which might be an indicator something is not quite right there.

Yeah I was actually shocked when I checked their review earlier! I wrote something initially as my reply and then thought I'd better update myself on their complaint situation and was really surprised at the number of withdrawal complaints that have been raised!

IBAN? That's like I Ban PlayOJO from getting any more deposits from me! 

 

Sorry...that's for me...for you, it means International Bank Account Number...meaning...they want to pay you via a bank transfer...maybe they'll ask for a photo of your bank next...

Did you deposit through PayPal then? You can get your IBAN number on a bank statement but in my experience I've only ever had to provide this with a withdrawal via bank transfer. However since your withdrawal is 5K they will take extra checks and ask for extra docs. Where is the withdrawal going back to?

No I deposited off my visa debit card, rang my bank yesterday morning and got everything they’ve asked for, not heard anything off them yet withdrawal is still pending so fingers crossed

I realize this thread is necro but just want to input I've never had an issue with this site in any major way. Never won 5k though holy. I'm not too worried about selfies on sites, they already have my photo id anyway.
