Never even heard of that name...makes me really wonder why you would even deposit and play at 'unknown' casinos...only to end up with problems. But of course, you're not alone...there are so so many others like you out there...and that really puzzles me!

Hi is it a NetEnt Casino? I've tried accessing their site but it's saying they are rebuilding it for a better version so this could be the reason why you're having a delay?

Ropey as... were hosting pirated games at one point (apparently they were unaware of said games: yep, a casino with Information Technology professionals and casino experts, let the concept of pirated slip onto their site)

 

Also accept UK. Basically, every rogue practice, they do it. 

 

What's your payment amount? By the sounds of them you're going to be at their mercy - if it's not a massive amount you may get it, but give the above, if it's a big amount you'll probably have to write it off and only play at the 'good yins'.

To cocopop3011, unfortunately I think is not the case. I have recently had a problem with Halkbet and it feels like its the same type of scam.

To pinnit2015, I do not know what is a massive amount to you but, my balance was around €1200 - unfortunately.

To valdes, of course I am going to make a complaint, but I had similar problems with halkbet and I tried to make a complaint anywhere I could, especially with Curacao and I haven't got a response from them. So I got scammed again...

To afi4wins, of course, you are apsolutely right, but I got sick and tired that the most of those respectable are limiting me to only a few Euros. Thats why I am giving these chances to the bookies which don't have the limit. From time to time I hit a Jackpot (scam).
