Don't worry Valdes, not a complaint, just a moan, as it was only for a 50 quid bonus.

 

I like Redbet and every week i normally take their match bonus for a stab on Bonanza. Few times I've cashed out with the bonus funds, so it's been lucky enough...

 

Anyway - Tuesday at 1pm i took it. It never credited. I'd to email them the screenshot of where i got the bonus...eh?...so it took them to today to get back to me.

 

Between that deposit i made another 3 in a row. No withdrawals and then on the 4th I got some bonanza related pays.

 

I asked them could have have the bonus funds from the Tuesday 1pm depo. 

 

Am i being unreasonable here...their response was that, because i made a withdrawal, i have forfeited the bonus funds. My view is that...had the bonus been given when it should have been, because i bust out, i would have been using it straightaway. Plus, the withdrawal didn't come from deposit, it came from the 4th.

 

The terms say that if you withdraw, forfeit the bonus...but i didn't withdraw from that bonus attached deposit.

Quite funny....apparently, had my original deposit reached absolute zero before i did another one it would have been fine to give it to me BUT......i re-deposited with 2p  from the original deposit, and which carried through until the withdrawal later on.

 

I have certain admiration for that response - strictly speaking yes, a withdrawal was made with some of the original funds and so strictly speaking it was forfeited but come on.... 

 

This happened to me at Slotsmillion and Novibet before. It was credited in seconds. Pretty sure i never had to go to one line in Book of Dead to zero.

 

Had it been a major issue i would have applied more attention...lesson being - if your bonus doesn't credit either A. Don't deposit anymore or B. Go to Book of Dead for a 1p bet 

 

Reminds me of the old carrying forward of 1p to new deposits that attracted 2k wagering still to do.

I actually depo 50 and it was 25% - so 12.50 

 

If it was a 192k withdrawal then yeah, my bad...

 

Novibet will be happy because i've been known to cut my nose off to spite my face, so they're going to lose 5k of Bonanza related bust outs for the price of two packets of cigs, so I'll just shift it there    I feel an Afi moment coming on

Give some context - one of the casinos's, can't remember who, ran a comp of biggest X win.

 

Week before Yggdrasil (ughhhhhh) had only one 1000x winner

 

The week of Vikings saw 2 4000x winners and 2 2000x winners. For Netent, that is DOA territory. I don't think it will be like DOA but i think it's a good slot even for 100 20ps. Be warned though, the base game runs as low as 20% RTP regularly 

 

PS Redbet have emailed offering 100% offer   They must have had a look at my net deposits and thought 'this is a cash cow we're milking, don't stop!'
