Guess I'll limit my 1-5 to a single point only. Afraid the aforementioned operator is dodgy considering the fact they lack any information regarding their operating license.

Neither they do....on the plus side, they've referenced Wiki pages on how to clear your cache and take a screenshot, so not all bad
