Withdrawal pending times, what is considered a fair amount of time to wait.

I joined a new Casino called WagerBeat, I just checked but ask gamblers have not reviewed them. Anyway I joined about 2 months ago and have found them great, they processed my ID quickly and my first 2 withdrawals were processed within the hour. I recently made 3 withdrawals over a 2 day period 2 at different times on the same day and one the next day. My problem is they processed the first withdrawal but the other 2 have been pending for over 2 days, I have sent two emails but have not been responded to. I spoke on live chat and was told up to five days but their terms and conditions say up to 2 days. Is this normal because I have never waited so long for processing. I am starting to worry about my money. It's also making me change my views on what I thought was an excellent casino.

I think they doing what they call "They have the right to perform additional security checks"...

Happened to me before with casinos, but normally took 24 hours...

I finally received an email only to be told the same response I got from chat, that I should allow 5 to 7 days to receive my money but because its now the weekend it won't be processed until Monday as they only process in business hours. I know this isn't true because my first withdrawal was processed at 1am on a Saturday. I sometimes think they make the rules to suit themselves.

Well after receiving an email saying they don't process on weekends, I received another email at 8pm informing me my 2 withdrawals have been processed. So much for staff only available week days.

All depends for me - I'd rather play at a casino with a 12-24hr pending period that offers cash back/offers/some type of loyalty scheme than one that pays me in seconds that doesn't. Ideally they should do both but if I'd to pick, it'd be the former.

With a bunch of casinos now doing almost instant cashouts, is there really a reason to play at places that keep your money for days, or even weeks?

I know the lure of welcome bonus is something most people cant resist but still... :)

The only reasons for long periods AFAIK are:

1. Reversals and the Moolah it brings.

2. Cash flow - especially, for smaller places may wish to see what they've got coming in/going out. Though given some small operators pay fast, probably doesn't hold much weight.

3. Checks on withdrawals - only joking. Well, that's what some say/told me. Arf arf.
