trustpilot reviews of neteller, skrill, ecopayz

Has anyone read those reviews at trustpilot for those money sending companies: neteller, skrill and ecopayz

...

just so many horror stories, any thoughts? Seriously what is going on, these companies are being called scams and people warning others to stay away from them and avoid at all costs, and then you have in between the hundreds of negative reviews a positive review that is like from another dimension of someone satisfied with the service they get.

Well mate, I for one, was one damn satisfied customer of Neteller - been using it for many years, and I'm still very satisfied!

Those who aren't satisfied probably had faced issues caused by those blardy hackers and thieves!

Skrill has never been as good as Neteller...and I don't use Ecopayz.

Neteller is my main paying system for years.  Never had any issues. Skrill troubled me a bit with verification at start but regardless that everyhing is smooth. I tried to make an ecopayz account never got verified because my facial hair are diffrent in real life than my passport so I left it be never gave another shot

difference between neteller and skrill? both owned by paysafe group, however neteller has higher upload and withdrawal fees.

upload fee 1% vs 2.5% (both uncapped)

sending money is 1.45% for both (they are copying some fee pricing but why not yet also make the upload and withdrawal fees the same? eventually probably)

for example upload via paysafecard is 1% via skrill vs 2.5% via neteller...... both powered by paysafe but neteller customers pay more.

btw I got a screenshot of skrill fees from 3 years ago.... sending was 1% (max 10eur) (now 1.45% uncapped), uploading via bank was 0.00EUR (now 1% uncapped)

back then global payment methods swift 0.00EUR, and credit cards were 1.90%, (now 1% uncapped)

withdraw funds fees were 2.95EUR for bank and visa, (now 5.50EUR for bank and 7.50% for VISA !

for swift was also 2.95EUR and now its 5.50EUR

also whats this with skrill discriminating between gambling and non gambling funds and then people get around it by sending eachother the funds to make it non gambling but they pay a fee each way. (neteller does this too), so when you are uploading money you specify if you will use it for gambling or not. madness. It wasn't always like years ago.

Also does anyone know if I withdraw from a site via Skrill and then instead of withdrawing from Skrill to bank account (fees and who knows what else they can hit a customer with) , I instead deposit those funds to another caino site that has free bank wire withdrawals and then request a bank wire withdrawal from that site. Obviously you play a bit around on their site before you make a withdrawal, is that acceptable? Cause I have read that if you deposit with ewallets then that some sites wants you to withdraw with that same deposit method? depends on the site tho.

I had a major issue with Skrill a few years ago, on Christmas Day too! Other members will remember when money was stolen from my account on Christmas Day.

The service I received from Skrill was just appauling at the time with the lack of knowledge and care to even help me. I eventually got my funds back - about 3 months later if my memory serves me right.

I remember researching feedback at the time and literally found hundreds of reviews from people in the exact same position as me. Even though I got my funds in the end my trust will never EVER be full regained with Skrill. I honestly believe their customer service is their BIGGEST let down! And I bet you if they even spent a fraction of their profits from their fees on improving CS they'd see a rapid rise on positive feeback!

never had problems with either one and ive been using them both for like... 6-7 years now. I even closed my skrill account in $ and opened new one in Eur and support transfered all my info and all that to my new account.

i stopped using skrill on regular basis when they raised Visa cashout fees from few $ to 7,50% (PERCENT!) PLUS 3,99% conversion fees.

So if you were to cashout $100 you would end up with something like $86 or so because your local bank has fees too... and they wonder why people avoid them now !?

I imagine their fees they have for casinos arent that low either, so high fees combined with neteller/skrill being fav method used by scammers worldwide means most casinos are sooner or later going to give up on their entire group alltogether (skrill/neteller/paysafe). I dont really feel sorry for them because they were just too damn greedy and i couldnt care less if they close tomorrow.

neteller does something similar with conversion because they let you have account in USD ($) but when you try to cashout they dont allow cashouts in $ and apply their 3,99% conversion there.

either way both are now trying to rob you blind when you try to cashout so whenever possible, i avoid both neteller and skrill.

Yeah their fees are ridiculous! Even the annual fee for the MasterCard annoys me tbh.

They don’t charge to use the MasterCard to pay for things but even to cash out at an ATM I think it’s ridiculous especially since they apply daily limits like £210
