Just remember that Caddell's/WHG are notorious for banning people if you take (and win) too many bonus's (why offer them?) - used to be a full ban from the group, now they're a little more lenient and it's simply a bonus ban. 

 

I was fully banned from the group and then got an email saying they'd reviewed it and i could re-open my account. I politely declined.

 

They say 48 hrs pending but as far as i know it was closer to 24hrs, which is grand.

Hi Pinnit, yes I know that abt. bonus banning or a complete ban.

I am with you , they offer these bonuses  directly to you via emails, so its indeed strange to ban pple when they accept them.

 

I use these bonuses from time to time but always playing without bonuses in between, no prob sofar.

 

In the meantime my docs were accepted after 24 hrs and my withdrawrequest also , after abt 40 hrs.

I expect my withdraw amount tomorrowmornng at my bankaccount which is fair enough for me.

 

If I need winnings same day as requested I better not gamble at all, its nice but not most important, payment within 2 or 3 days are fine for me.

Just my personal view ofcourse.
