chillip
The topic title says it all... It looks like each casino has a representative that looks through askgamblers... but for awhile it looks like they'd be doing fine...but then the casino reps just randomly vanish after some big withdrawal issue comes up. So what's the deal with these online casino rep that are active then disappear when there is a dispute going on? Is it the rep? Or the casino management that literally tells them to just ***** askgamblers.
Afi4wins
My answer to your question, Chillip, is quite simple really...it all depends on each individual casino! Most casinos (reputable ones) would listen to Askgamblers, whilst some casinos simply wouldn't give a hoot! You can honk and honk and honk...they wouldn't give a damn! As to disappearing casino reps...well...like the saying goes, 'if you don't like them, leave them'. Working with any casino management is never ever easy, I can tell you that...so it isn't surprising to see many reps coming and going on and off. First of all, will greatly appreciate if you could watch our more carefully for the language used and especially the usage of the F word. Feel free to take a look at the Forum Rules in the meantime, that would certainly help. Regarding your question... The answer is very simple - Yes, they do! At least those who care about their reputation among players... No better proof for than reading through our complaints service annual report, it's quite a stunning read. cocopop3011
Yeah and I'd just like to add that if you take some time to browse some topics you'll that many-a-topic has been resolved by the casino reps themselves stepping in. Of course not every rep here is going to be an 'active' one as much as we'd like but I'd say the answer to your inital question is a simple 'Yes'.
