Afi4wins
Hi there and welcome to Askgamblers. When your computer is using VPN to access other websites, any casino that you visit whilst that VPN is running is also affected! And as you probably already know, casinos do not allow the use of VPN, hence your funds were confiscated. You can try pleading with the casino management on the grounds that the VPN was running for some other websites, not for the casino, and hope for their acceptance...but I doubt that any casino would accept that reasoning. Anyway, you won't know until you give it a try, right?
ValDes
Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. You should contact the casino support team and insist on getting a more detailed explanation of course. Till then, you might want to check the rule quoted below and see if it has something to do with your situation: 4.2.1 By using the Website, you confirm you are not a resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction. If you open or use the Website while residing in a Restricted Jurisdiction: Your Player Account may be closed by us immediately; any Winnings and Bonus Funds will be confiscated and forfeited by you and any remaining Deposit Funds (except for any Winnings) will be returned to you on request subject to these Terms and any legal or regulatory obligations with which we are required to comply. We may make a reasonable charge for processing such withdrawal which reflects an accurate estimate of our costs.
abyrvalg
Thanks for the answers. I do know that opening casino from restricted country is prohibited. But just forgot that my VPN is connected. And also if they would really want to look into issue they would notice that I had logins within few hours from 2 countries separated by 1500 km . However support is not willing to cooperate. This is their answer " Thank you for your message.Unfortunately we can not discuss this situation further. Please note that the remaining 134.18 Euro on your account have been confiscated.Best regards Julie Support Agent Guts Customer Support "

cocopop3011
Wow! Ouch indeed, I'd actually expect a much better reply and customer support from this particular casino!
pinnit2015
I wouldnt Coco : Guts began their slip into mediocrity when Ben (founder) left. I nearly did an Afi (:-p) and closed account when they verified me. Then unverified. Then asked for it again. When I asked if they lost documents as part of their migration (still adamant that was the reason - data corruption) they didn’t even give an answer. When I asked how to make a subject access request they asked me why - eh, I don’t need to give one. All in all an average casino at best now. cocopop3011 and drogerman

Yeah, the hard road backwards started soon after Ben left and he was and still is one of the best in the business, no doubts about that. cocopop3011 and pinnit2015
MassimoGarcia
What do you think about Rizk which is from the same group as Guts then ? Think it is better to play on it ?

Okay so quite a few casinos don't allow the use of a vpn because of obvious reasons. You may be allowed to use a VPN if you have a dedicated IP from that provider. you can ask their support for more. by them I mean VPN providers like Ivacy, Nord and others and not the casinos.
