Sportsbettor123
Thoughts on this? Lost quite a lot of money last night on a sports book site. As a result I self excluded which detailed that I would no longer receive any promotional emails. Today at midday I received both a call an email from the VIP team inviting me to a box at Ascot. This is lowest of the low for me. Should I complain? And if so, I know it’s my fault I lost it, but should/could I press for compensation? pinnit2015
Compensation for what? The money lost was prior to the SE.... Yes, strictly speaking it could be a breach of their licence. But the wording in the LCCP, if you are UK, is ‘as soon as practicable’ and the time they have to remove your details from their marketing database is actually 2 days. So, now that I remember it, probably not. If it continues, yes. Even then it’s a conversation between the Regulator and casino as to how hard the slap on the wrist is - certainly I can’t see anyway you’d be entitled to compo. If they allowed you to play after it then your deposits would have to be void and yep, you’d probably get them back.
TheAverageGuy
Let them take you to the game, offer a "friendly wager" on the outcome.. and then you've got them! ;-P
