Skunge73
Hi guys/girls, I'm new to this and looking for a bit of advice. I was playing at Slotmillions because they hadn't signed up to Gamstop at the time. Their Gamstop inclusion kicked in last week, 31/07,and my account was closed immediately without notice. Im not arguing the Gamstop thing because I signed up months ago but I had around £260 in my account at the time and they seem to be reluctant to pay this out and I can't withdraw due to the account being locked. I have sent numerous emails and keep getting the same reply, it's an IT problem, but that doesn't help me. Any advice as to where I should go or what I should do next would be appreciated. They normally paid out withdrawals the same day so I cant understand why this is taking so long. Thanks for reading and hopefully somebody can give me a bit of advice. pinnit2015
They’re in the process of contacting all such players caught up with this regarding paying out. If you’ve not heard anything in the next day give them a call - I can’t imagine you having any issues with them, though not sure why it’s taking so long. Slotsmillion s ADR apparently deal with SE issues (which is pretty rare) so if no word back you can go through them.
Skunge73
Thanks for the reply, my brother said the same about the payout. It doesn't help when the only replies you get are 'it's an I.T problem' with no idea what's happening and when. Maybe if the customer services were a bit better informed then they could atleast pass it onto players. I'll give it another day or so and see where I go from there. Thanks again. pinnit2015
They’re a decent outfit - be no messing around.... I’d have thought they’d just have flushed the balances as soon as they closed it to the last deposit method etc, so don’t know why they need to contact people. Yep - there was a day when CS were informed, sadly those casinos with such are are threat of extinction :-) When a Caddell casino closed my account they just processed my o/s balance straight away, no contact, no waiting so yeah chase them up :-)
ValDes
Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. As already advised by Mr PinniT above, you'd better contact the operator asap and insist on faster resolution of your delayed refund. Shouldn't be a problem, but you never know when players are met with the weird "IT problem"... Keep us updated.
Skunge73
Hi, just a wee update. I sent another email last night detailing what my next move would be if this wasn't resolved. It went from raising a complaint on here to a section 75 then to a charge back and stated that I don't think this is the road either of us want to go down. Received an email this morning saying that my withdrawal has been processed and could take up to 5 days but normally they pay out the same day. So I'll wait and see when or if it hits the bank and let you know. Thanks for the replies and advice to get back onto them it seemed to do the trick. Skunge73
That's them eventually paid the money into the bank. Don't know why it taken so long but atleast that's it done now and finished with. Fiekie247 and ValDes
