Slostsmillion and Selfie with ID

Hiya all

 

I ve been playing with slotsmilllion nearly a year and my account fully verified.Yesterday (Friday morning) i request small amount withdrawal £150 and then I received an email asking selfie with my ID. I said hang on a min my account fully verified and its not first withdrawal been told this is a new rule for everyone who makes withdrawal. Anyway I sent requested selfie in a 10 mins received a phone call all validated and been told money gonna send same day. Afternoon like 5 pm connect to live chat to ask whats happened my withdrawal and been hold 25 mins just told to be finance team gone ask monday!!

 

Is this normal practice for this casino? Anyone send them selfie with the ID?

Of lately seems like withdrawals are not processed on weekends by slotsmillion anymore, withdrawal times are different, from a few hours up to 2 days. Not really sure whats going on there.

 

I only once received that verification of Selfie with ID in hand by iGame casino, but thats the day I decided to stop playing there.

Hehehe...you cannot imagine the number of accounts I have closed since January this year...but still a number more just waiting to be closed off! If there's anything that I don't like about any one casino, off it goes...no hesitation. Want my selfie? Off it goes too.

This is not an uncommon thing a casino requires from you, the problem is, not everybody is able to do this. I will not be surprised in the next future they require ID verification via webcam.
