oldernotwiser
I tried to join Casumo. Filled in the whole page but got stuck when it asked for my mobile telephone number. I do not own a mobile phone, I hate the darn things. Finally, live chat came on and he was absolutely gobsmacked that I do not have a mobile. "How on earth do you manage" he asked incredulously. "Beautifully" I replied. Anyway, upshot is that unless I do as he suggested and go buy a pay-as-you-go mobile, I can't join Casumo !! Apparently they have no other method of verification. What a crazy situation. They also contacted me on Facebook. Asked if we could still be friends. "NOPE" I replied. I'm beyond disappointed. LeoDubbed
A disposeable mobile phone is not that expensive, €20 is the cheapest at the moment, brand new and of course it's not a the latest smart phone but it will do just fine for casino verifications. There are other casinos that do not require mobile phone verification such as Direx nv casinos.

Afi4wins
Well Oldernotwiser...just take it from me...olderbutwiser...just skip Casumo and play at another casino...you won't be missing anything! After several years of playing at Casumo, and being at the top level too, I finally closed my account recently...no regrets too! LeoDubbed
Yeah, I too closed my account there, Casumo was one of my favorite casinos but I found out that they only care about their big fat bank account and loyalty does not exist in their dictionary. If you do not care about your customers, why should customers waste their time and money on you? Afi4wins
Afi4wins
I have faced a similar situation at a few casinos before...they just couldn't or wouldn't believe that I wasn't using a smartphone, which was the main reason why I cannot give them any better photos of my ID! I keep telling them that my old trusty Nokia handphone simply cannot produce any better quality photos, yet they keep insisting on getting them...so I simply closed my account! Hahaha. pinnit2015
I've a love/hate relationship with Casumo - I tend to go through very streaky winning spells with them. That's the only reason i still play there because they've gone from being quite customer centric to now, well, not. They had the cheeky to tell me they were awarding loyalty with 10 free spins at 10p each. Yeah, thanks. Go and get 10 burner phones and , if you don't win on the reels, you've got the start of a Pablo Escobar/Money Laundering career oldernotwiser
