volendam101
This is not a complaint, I like to play at Casimba sometimes. Lot of slots, paying out fast. But Mr. representative, are you sure its right what you wrote in a comment at your review section ? See your comment dated 28.2.2018. I mean about the possibility to withdraw deposits and winnings whilst having a bonus balance ? My experience is completely different. I accepted a match bonus this week, one of 100 euros, I only played with my deposit money, never used this bonusmoney. When I wanted to make a withdraw request of 500 euros it appeared this was not possible because I accepted this bonus and had to wager before I could make a withdraw. I discussed this with 2 persons in live chat, also with a vip manager, they confirmed I had to wager the bonus first. It did not effect me because I fullfilled the wagering nevertheless. Your vip manager would read your comment of 28.2.2018 and correct it if it was incorrect but at this moment its still the same story. Can you pse let me know here who is right and who is wrong, and if you were mistaking can you pse correct your comment abt this, it looks important to me that players , readers abt Casimba here, know what they can expect when they accept a match bonus. When you are wrong, its a bit misleading comment for eventual new players. I know pple always have to read tc s first but its confusing when representatives are commenting different. Thanks in advance for a reply and just tell me if i am mistaking abt this matter.
pinnit2015
Are you UK? Here you can I believe.
LeoDubbed
SkillOnNet casinos have changed a lot of their terms & condition and yes withdrawal was allowed while bonus money is still active but that was before the t&c update and that option has been removed. When a bonus is claimed via Skrill or Neteller, max bet allowed would be €1, all slots except from SkillOnNet have lower wagering percentages which means the wagering reqs would be much higher than normal if you play NetEnt games for example, their bonuses are tricky so beware of SkillOnNet casinos bonuses. volendam101
Pinnit, no I am not from the UK. Do you really think it makes a difference in this matter ? Leo, as far as I know Casimba is not a SkillOnNet casino, are you sure it is ?

If from uk they now have to segregate the funds, per the regulations - meaning that you can take cash out as long as not touched the bonus. Maybe they still have the 'sticky bonus' for all other places....maybe the rep was thinking of the UK customers
LeoDubbed
Ah, you're right, I got confused with Simba Games hehe, the casinos nowadays have similar names, casinoeuro/eurocasino, nordicasino/nordicbet but yeah, all White Hat Gaming casinos have the same rules regarding their deposit bonuses. Withdrawal should be allowed while bonus money is active, bonus money will be removed from your account as soon the withdrawal is being processed, that is unless they have changed their terms and condition. cocopop3011
@volendam - I doubt very much he will get to see your post here because I don't recall us having an actualy forum rep for Casimba, there's not one on my list anyway,
volendam101
Thks all for replying. Cocopop, does that mean if I or anyone else should make a complaint here against Casimba that there will be no reply from Casimba ?? I am almost sure AG has a person from Casimba for contact, is it too much asked to request this person to give a reply on my question ? Thanks very much in advance. WagerMan
This is what I don't like about most deposit bonuses. When you read the fine print on these tantalizing offers, you'll see that there's no gift at all, but on the contrary. You end up being constrained with withdrawals, your winnings are limited to a small amount while using the credits, you cannot win a jackpot, etc... All kinds of tricks to basically get you to deposit, play many hands, get hooked, without chance of a real good win while on their dime. I don't subscribe to this philosophy, and have built a gaming system that is simple, but what you win is what you get to keep no matter what. I'm also much more interested in things like affiliate programs, which help build a community, and provide rewards beyond the gambling involved in a single wager. pinnit2015
Any decent casino will not cap a deposit bonus - those who do, like Vik's (2) and Nektan (4), should just be avoided if you plan on playing with a bonus - I'd rather lose than see my 1k win turned into 50 quid. volendam101
Well, after Valdes notification to their accountmanager, after my requests to their support team and a vipmanager to give a reply here, still no answer to my regret. So, I came to the conclusion that Pinnit was right about different rules for UK residents and non UK residents playing at Casimba. Different rules concerning deposit- bonus wagering and cashing out, in favour of UK residents. Now I am considering to move to the UK but am afraid I cant afford myselve 2 raincoats and 3 umbrellas each year… Anyhow, its not a big problem , will play on at Casimba without a bonus , after all they have nice pple at live chat, large number of slots and they pay withdraws rather fast. Only thing is, when I am in the mood to play with a depositbonus I better play at some other casinos with better conditions. That's why you'll hear people increasingly saying (non UK) that they're suffering because they having to subsidise the UK system (increases in bonus taxes and others) Nah - it's only in the soft South of England who need umbrella's etc - up north we're out in t shirts at -
