timmy1979
Hi all, New here! looks a brilliant site.... In general do casinos like Mr Green, Redbet, Playjo etc have a specific time frame they have to payout in? I've experienced it with Mr Green & now Redbet with delays in processing withdrawals. Sometimes up to 2 weeks. Always seem to be when you win a decent amount. I have one at the moment with Redbet that is a week old tomorrow. And get the usual response "it's with our payments team for approval" This morning i'm told QuickSpin have requested a gameplay check and will be processed when they give the green light. that is a new excuse to me!! pinnit2015
500 withdrawal from Mr Green last night - processed in literally 3 seconds. People complain about their speed but they've always been super fast with me. Redbet is max of no more than 24 hours. That's even for 2k plus. How much was your win? timmy1979
To be fair Mr Green after the first few hiccups started to process withdrawals in 24hrs or less. providing they were £15k or under. Redbet is £20k, pending since 14th June.
ValDes
Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers forum. Delaying payments without a valid reason is a serious violation of all common industry practices referring to casino withdrawal time policies and procedures. Assuming you are a verified customer and obviously a mid- to high-roller, they should have processed your payment long long time ago. timmy1979
Thank you ValDes, To give Redbet they're due the customer service & the VIP manager having been doing their best. In touch daily with update but always the same news. I won't say i'm a big roller but i do play in £25,£50 or £100 spins normally. I was verified within 1 hour which is extremely fast! and have the email to confirm this. To be honest, i have never heard a request by QuickSpin for a gameplay check? and won't release till they say ok? but the delay is QuickSpin not responding !!! I have won more than this on other sites, on the same game & have never been told this or had problems with withdrawals. have a good day

ValDes
Speaking about your favorite slots, would be really awesome if you could share with our forum community the 19K Big Bad Wolf win you mentioned within your complaint. Mega slot wins - oh yes, it's possible!

Afi4wins
Aaaah...the fun of seeing a 40K win on a 100 quid bet... and the pain of losing 40K on 100 quid bets...

catapultaudio
I've never had to wait longer than a day for a payment from Redbet, though I do agree they have gotten progressively worse over the last year or two. I used to be able to request my withdrawal be paid immediately via Live Chat, but they stopped allowing that at some point and it's now anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours before the money arrives in Skrill. Still better than most, but not up to their previous standards.
timmy1979
I never had this before with most sites. I assume they all have strict measures now, that they have to comply with. Most i have dealt with lately, money in bank within 24hrs. Seems to be always the same line though, "with payments team" for days!! if you win a decent amount What i can't understand is! if you go into a betting shop (which some of these companies have), play their machines or make a bet & win.. you are paid there & then.... why is it so different online? i could have robbed the money out of my grannies purse to play!! (not that i would, because she's dead)
pinnit2015
Given how good their system controls are supposed to be I honestly don't see the need for so much checking - they should have been verifying who you are etc beforehand so that's not an issue, even if took a bonus they should have inbuilt checks (and even if not) etcetc Agree re Redbet - manual flushing on chat disappeared and they used to be within the hour payers. They've kinda dipped recently - even put their free spin wagering up to 70 X. timmy1979
Afi4wins
Signs of the current bad times...bigger wagering requirements...very low paytables...A.I. coming into gameplay...everybody in this gambling business is trying to get more revenue...so much so, we customers get pushed behind further...but then again, customers have never been at their front! timmy1979
timmy1979
Agreed! I'm verified... email sent to me to from them to confirm this. Screen shot with transaction ID of win provided to them!!! Showing it as a cash wager not bonus.. shows Round ID, Wager amount, Win amount, Game ID etc... Withdrawing back to the card i use for deposits... what more needs checking & why so long to check? To be honest, with most will doing a tactic we have used in most businesses for years... get the money in as quick as you can, pay people as slow as you can pinnit2015

Still a few player focused casinos like Trada (and used to be Casumo, who no longer really bother anymore) but it's getting very faceless. Some casino's seem to treat players openly with contempt. Some simply don't care (Hi Bet365) You've seen less and less investment in customer support - probably farmed out to some place in Tel Aviv to folk who don;t even know what a casino is. Appreciate some of the bonus tax changes have had an impact in some offerings but even places like Slotsmillion, a casino that had no loyalty system but made up for it with offers, have just fell off the edge of the world in terms of perks. My biggest problem isn't necessarily things like AI but it's the type of games. Super High Variance. Now, i like high variance (ish-probably more medium to high) but some of the more recent releases are making slots like lottery tickets. I may as well play a progressive. I still like some of the old MG only casino, where by deposit seems to go further but it's few and far between

timmy1979
Gambling, i wonder are you right? string it out as long as possible till it borders legal action... in the hope you'll reverse, gamble and lose?

timmy1979
you are mostly correct lol..... that's why go to a different casino & have the same problem...... i think they must all have the same payment office run by scrooge
pinnit2015
I think there's an element of reverse and lose playing into that. I did ask several places about reverse option and they told me it was either A. What people wanted (nonsense) or B. Allowed for approval process. Second bit is nonsense as well because they simply don't need to offer the reverse function to do this. What they don't get is the faster they pay it out the more likely it is to go back in I'm not fussed with processing times as long as no more than 24hrs usually. Good thing with your case is that both casinos are (as far as possible) trustworthy/do the right thing. Particularly Redbet. timmy1979
