Sebweb85
Hello there, new here and not sure if you can help me but thought anything worth a try at this point. Basically I have quite a decent amount of money in my betfred account but it’s closed down and has been for 2 months now, I chip dumped a few quid to my partner for her to play bingo and since that day both accounts were closed and can’t access none of the money, if they called or emailed me I would admit to chip dumping here £27 quid or whatever it was but all they tell me on live chat is “no time scale on the investigation by the ipoker team” it’s getting to the point now where I can’t be bothered to keep listening to there bullsh1t and need to take action Thanks

Afi4wins
What's chip dumping? I think it's a transfer of funds to his partner's account...which is not allowed.
Sebweb85
Yes apparently it’s a big no no in the world of poker which I wasn’t aware of at the time

Based on the info you gave so far, I'm afraid you are about to face some bad news... Transferring chips or funds between different accounts is forbidden across most of the online operators for the obvious reasons of restricting multi-accounting or any other possible scenarios which could bring player an unfair advantage over the casino. There are relevant rules set in place for the purpose, rules which you have accepted upon registering and rules you must follow afterwards. For example: 5.5. You will not allow any third party to use your player account to use the online bingo hall and you will not use any other person’s player account or means of payment to access the online bingo hall or the website or the software. or 7.9. You are not colluding or attempting to collude or intending to participate, directly or indirectly, in any collusion scheme with any other player in the course of any game you play or will play in the online bingo hall;
IvanKolev
"no time scale on the investigation by the ipoker team" this is ridiculous. I've had similar experience with bet365. My account was hacked and it took them 2 weeks to investigate. At the end, despite all the evidences I presented, their conclusion was that my account have not been hacked.
