I am deactivating my message, to try to solve it internally and directly with the bookmaker, following their recommendations. Thanks for the space, AskGamblers team.

What I understand, with all this, is only one thing:

The site creates bonuses with rollover absurdly giant (25 x bonus + profit), practically impossible to be fulfilled without losing everything, just as a form of marketing, to get new registrations

And, if by immense luck, some user can overcome that impossible rollover, the site for sure and will always invent something to not have to pay

That is, it is a marketing at no cost to the site. But that ends up deceiving honest people who believe in that, believe that they are really winning, are happy with that, spend days, weeks of their lives, playing and believing they are making a profit

This is basically what happened and probably happens on all sites with this type of promotion

Then, I am waiting contact from MGA for last 3 weeks. Until now, without reply or position banghead.gif

Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers. 

 

Unfortunately, the aforementioned brand has not been reviewed and presented here at AskGamblers yet which means you cannot use the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service to file a case against them. Still, I can see they are MGA licensed, so you'd better submit a formal complaint with the regulator and I believe you have all the chances to win your case IF you haven't breached any term of course.

Sorry to hear about that... :(

 

Not that I'm bragging, but when it comes to speed and success rate of casino complaints AGCCS is simply operating in a league of its own, especially in comparison with the regulatory bodies. Still, hope MGA would speed up things a bit and provide you with the necessary level of assistance. :good:
