QueenVegas - Troubles playing?

I just deposited to QueenVegas and now I get a pop-up at every game that says 'You can not play for real money at this time'. What should I do?

Have you tried contacting their support? No better and faster channel for resolving this kind of issues...

Yeah...I get that same message at certain casinos too. 

 

What it means is that...your account has been blocked from playing with real money, perhaps you have requested to be self-excluded or requested your account to be closed at any one of their sister casinos, which affects all other casinos in the same group...or else it is simply due to a new country restriction coming into play.

 

Only the casino can tell you which of the above reason is the valid one.

My experience of CS is that straight forward questions usually wield inadequate responses :-)

 

If they were SE/Restricted then they shouldn't have been allowed to deposit in the first instance? 

 

If you do manage to play don't be caught by their bonus max bets - one euro if Netteller or 10% of bonus awarded (not the normal 5 quid)
