Question about Ted slot

I was playing at slots planet casino ted slot for first time very fast after couple spins lowest bet though i receiven a random bonus feature which ended up rewarding me with 29 teddy buddied bonus figures it already got slower during those giveaway and then it stopped i presh spin and ... nothing i spin a few times more.. nothiing i refresh the game nothing. Now they tell me they cant find the exact bet and dont have entrence to what went wrong so it will take up to 7 days to hear from them but still never got answered what this bonus actually could have meant or do i dont know the game but it looked like i was gonna win a nice amount. Is this normal to do this this way or not! And can anybody tell me what was anout to happen with those29 bonus figures? thank you already!

I haven't played Ted but it sounds like the game malfunctioned so I'm guessing they're getting in touch with Blueprint Gaming for a further investigation...

Well the Bonus Teddies would have just made it triggering the bonus feature much easier thats all and then you were going to be selected a random bonus game and then you can either gamble or collect the random bonus feature.

 

When you gamble you can either win a mystery prize which is anywhere from 30 - 50x your bet average or you can win a better bonus feature out of all of them.
