Small Road Bacarrat Scoreboard Rule

Hello guys good day. I just want to ask if can someone please try to explain the small road rules because I've been trying to read for the 5th time here at wizardofodds/games/baccarat/history/ but i couldn't figure out how they write the small road . If someone can make a simple simulation or example explaining how it is written i will really appreciate it very much.
