king billy: withdrawal issue

I made two cash out request which were cancelled within 24 hours I was not contacted to explain why all my documents had been approved so I spoke to live chat they could not tell me and that they would send a request to support and I would get a answer within 24 hours didn't happen I did manage to get a bank transfer done which took nearly 6 days to complete in the mean time lost all my other balance than some now we all know the casinos prey on this it does not take 6 days to complete a transfer in this day and age can be done anytime 

when I ask the casino why they did not contact me in the first place to explain why all they could say was my bank declined the transfer not true they say 1-3 working days to complete a transfer they would not have sent the transfer request to my bank in that short period they leave the money in limbo hoping I would recall it 

all I wanted was a answer to my question why was I not contacted in the first place but was treated quite badly getting a very cold shoulder it was a shame they do have a good site until you probe for answers and they lie I have since closed my account

Since your post contains not enough facts and details, all I could say is that if there was some delay in your bank wire transfer then it must have been a pretty solid reason for that, most probably connected with either your bank or the casino payment processor. Keep in mind that none of these could be influenced by the casino management.

 

As for the other part of your post, it's not even worth being commented. If there is someone to blame you have played and lost your money then it must be... you.

Kingbilly is one of the best and withdrawals happens in less than 10 minutes after cashing out.

 

Their chat support is responsive and get back quickly via email if they do not have the relevant answers or information at hand for you, however live chat is not 24 hours with them yet.

 

I had issues with withdrawing to ecopayz and my withdrawal was declined and it took 3 days however the issues was with the payment provider itself and after that I received money. Since then ecopayz is not available for me anymore, not sure why.

 

But I trust Kingbilly and they are very good and quick with turn around times and stick to their word.

It is well known that withdrawal via bank could take longer, depends on the bank some takes 3-5 working days, if you requested the withdrawal on the weekend that's a week withdrawal time. I recommend Skrill or Neteller for fast cashout. Also, blaming the other is easy but deep down you know it was all your own doing. You were the one who reversed the withdrawal, you were the one who played with the money. What if you've won, would you thank the casino for it? Just be patience next time and don't go berserk for nothing.
