Support agent told me to proceed to deposit witht he bonus code which didn’t work, then the support agent told me to deposit without bonus code and they would add the bonus manually. After depositing I was told that the bonus had been added manually and it should be in my account shortly, 5 minutes later there was a delay, 10 minutes later it would take an hour for the bonus to appear so they would send me an email to let me know. 2 hours passed I went back to livechat and this time The guy tells me that their team after review of my account (which I havent done nothing at all since 2015) I was not elegible for the promotion.
