Remember Katy Perry's song 'Hot & Cold'? Well, MyBet Casino reminded me of that song! Hahaha. 

 

What and how do I mean? Okay...here's the story...my story...hehehe.

 

Back in June 2017, I signed up at MyBet Casino, played their no-deposit free spins, but stopped short of making a deposit, because the casino was using a Bonus Lock System, a system that I do not like at all, and I have avoided playing at all casinos that use this system. There are quite a number of casinos using it, if you don't already know. Whenever I asked why they were using that ridiculous system, one of the reasons would be "most players love it!". Hmmm! True or not, I wouldn't know! 

 

Last week, MyBet Casino sent me a good offer - 200% deposit bonus plus 100 no-wager free spins on Taco Brothers game - and I simply jumped on it! Hahaha. 200% bonus I couldn't refuse, but Taco Brothers I could throw away, but since it was all for free, and without any wagering, I'd be damn stupid to throw it away! Hehehe. 

 

Okaaay, not to make my story too long, or some of you might fall asleep in your seat, so I'll be as brief as I can. I played the 100 free spins on Taco Brothers game and won 7.66 EUR. Argh! Then, with that winnings, plus 30 EUR in hand from a 10 EUR deposit, I then played my favourite losing game, Finn And The Swirly Spin. Yep...this Afi-nn game is fun to play but damn hard to win on, except for peanuts of course, hehehe. Anyway, after playing 2 days on the game, yep, 2 long days, I finally had 50 EUR winnings after completing the bonus wagering requirements! Yahoooo! My first ever win on that Afi-nn game, after so many plays and after so many thousands of spins. 

 

So...I made a withdrawal claim for 50 EUR and uploaded my documents for verification. The next day, my docs were rejected! Damn!  

 

The reasons? Very poor quality ID, my bank statement couldn't be accepted as proof of address, so they wanted a utility bill instead! What the argh! That was the first time ever that my bank statement couldn't be accepted as proof of address! That was utterly stupid and illogical! That made me HOT...really really HOT! 

 

So...as anyone who knows me well enough would know...I then sent them a NASTY reply...but telling them why I cannot and would not submit any other supporting documents - I don't use a smartphone, and I don't have one, I don't have a digital camera either, and for not accepting my bank statement, I asked them a big 'WHY???' 

 

3 days later, on a Sunday evening (yesterday), I made my second attempt at a withdrawal claim, for 30 EUR, despite not getting any reply to that nasty email I had sent them. I played the balance of 20 EUR on that Afi-nn game yet again...just couldn't resist that Leprechaun! Hahaha. A few hours later, on that same Sunday night, I received my 30 EUR payment!!! Yahooooo...woohooooo!!!  Now that got me COLD...just like Katy Perry's song did...first hot, then cold...first no, then yes...hahaha...but I certainly ain't complaining now!!! 

 

So...to sum it all up...THANK YOU VERY MUCH MyBet Casino...for lending me your ears...and for not disappointing me in the end!!!

So you never did get a reply as to why they weren't going to accept the bank statement as proof of address? I actually think casinos are a little dated now when it comes to 'utility' bills!

 

We're on smart meters here now and don't ever have a utility bill, luckily I do have a catalogue which I still take paper statements on so I'll always have an up to date bill to provide. But if like all my other bills I went paperless on I'd never have a utility bill to present.

Nope, they didn't reply at all...I guess they realised that it was rather stupid not to accept a bank statement as proof of address, hehehe. But thankfully, all that is in the past now...unlike a few other casinos that simply would not listen to my reasons...so I had those accounts closed without any hesitation at all. 

 

If all utility bills and bank statements go paperless in the future, how the heck am I going to get any documents for casino's verification? 

Oh geees...sometimes, going too modernistic isn't that good at all, hahaha.

UK casinos tend to verify paperless - in fact, you don't normally need to send in anything with Sky Vegas/ Will Hill etc....Be it Council tax wise, electoral registers etc...raft of paperless sources to verify ID that doesn't involve the ridiculous 'All four corners in view'

I had the same problem with another new casino MT Trade one,Metal Casino.I made 2 deposits and when i tried to make the third one they closed my account  "Great job" Metal casino 

 

They asked for my documents so the can verify my account.I have send bank statement which they didn't approve and my account left closed.

 

I have verified my account in all other MT Secure casinos with the same documents no problem at all  but for this newly ones i guess bank statement is not enough or they think they are something special 

 

To be honest thats their loss ...plenty casinos out there where i can play and some of them they dont even ask for documents...
