My live chat experience

Recommended Posts

Well I really have seen it all now!!

My experience if you can actually call it that today really has made me think that anything is possible now.

I won't be naming the casino but I loaded up live chat today to find out restricted countries as I couldn't see it in their terms anywhere. Actually my first of 3 questions I asked was is their live chat 24/7. I had to explain what I meant by 24/7 but I got the answer I required so moved on to question 2.

Can you tell if you accept UK players.

I was asked to give my username. I told them I don't have an account yet. Their reply - priceless!

"Sorry we only offer assistance to registered members"

My response - Okay thank you for your help. I never asked my third question (which is always: do you have a mobile casino)

Anyone ever been told this before?  :D

OH MY GOD!!!  :shok:

The host doesn't know what 24/7 means?

Must be a brand new and very inexperienced host - not suitable to be a live chat host in the first place! Hahaha.  :D

Yet another absolutely ridiculous answer from a live chat host - should be kicked out instantly! Hahaha.

Thank god I haven't come across anyone like this before...or that host would certainly have gotten a piece of my mind there and then, hahaha.

Well, I guess you will be surprised to hear this is actually a pretty common practice among not so reputable online casino brands so to say... Have no idea about the reasons behind such obviously idiotic decision, however searching for a common sense and business logic behind the decisions of a mediocre casino brand sounds naive enough anyways. :D

Had really awfully lots of chat sessions in 2017 with hundreds of online brands and must admit that the overall quality of service offered by these chat facilities seems to be going down unfortunately or at least these are my personal observations... :( I could think of only a couple of chat hosts calling you 'Sir' upon chatting opposed to the trend of so many chat hosts behaving too 'friendly', denial of providing basic information such as licence info and payment time frames, blatant rudeness ones you start asking more specific questions revealing an experienced player, etc etc ...

If this is a new 'trend', help to registered members only I guess I won't be playing anywhere new any more  :p  How can I register without knowing crucial answers and if casinos don't want to help members until they're registered then they need to make sure they clean up their terms and conditions a bit more and add more info on their home pages.  :p

It's the first time I've ever been refused help like that, I sincerely hope it's the last too.

It's gotten worse. I'm not sure if its because they now outsource their support.

Half the time support don't even know who or by whom they are licenced. Harsh? Not really - these guys are the front faces of the company, create the first impressions etc.

What do Betat/Trada/VS/Rizk and Royal Panda and all other top notch casinos have in common?

Customer Support.

Go figure.
