What exactly is the reason they are not letting you withdraw? You don't want to close the account because you need to get your winnings first. We'll need some more info to help you out though. Staybet dont want to reopen my account, only to make withdrawall again, the first withdrawall was not accepted, i dont know why??!! I dont want to play anymore, only what i want is my money. We really need to know the reason the withdrawal was initially refused because chances are even if the account was re-opened it would be refused again. Do you not have the email still or can support tell you? To be honest I've never personally closed an account before so I'm not entirely sure of the process regarding getting it back open. Gast82 Posted January 12, 2018 Author Share Posted January 12, 2018 My account was blokked, so i didnt received my money, i contacted staybet on live chat, the agent opened my account again, only to see my data and make withdrawall. I maked a withdrawall again, i received 2 days later a email from the manager of staybet, he told me that my account is deleted and not be able to reopen again, to make a withdrawall account most be open. cocopop3011 Posted January 12, 2018 Share Posted January 12, 2018 Yeah I mean you could submit a complaint as pinnit has mentioned and just see what happens. However you'll need to make sure you include as much info as possible as it's still quite hard to understand what exactly has happened here. The complaint won't get accepted unless you include a lot of information. The issue you have is you said they blocked your account so there was probably a good reason for doing so. You requested to close your account BEFORE you make that withdrawal...or you requested to close your account AFTER making a withdrawal claim, but that withdrawal has not been approved or declined by the casino yet? The first question may be unlikely, so it must be the second one...requesting to close the account after making a withdrawal claim. To the casino, or any casino, requesting to close an account may be taken as a reason for addicted gambling, if proper valid reasons have not been stated by you for requesting that closure! I have closed a number of my accounts at various casinos, but I have always stated why I need to close those accounts...mostly because my documents were not accepted, so my account could not be verified, or because a new restriction for my country had just come into play...so there was absolutely no way and no reason for me to play at those casinos! If proper valid reasons have not been stated, the casino would simply assume 'addicted to gambling' as your reason...so they could close your account and decline your withdrawal claim! At best, they would refund back your deposit. The second one though has just been accepted and processed.
