LeoDubbed Posted November 15, 2017 Posted November 15, 2017 Hey ya'll Got miself kinda outta controle yesterday. I was playing Big Time Gaming latest game White Rabbit and for those who have played this game, a guaranteed bonus feature will be triggered by collecting golden BTG coins but it can also triggered by buying it. I was playing for a few hours and collected bunch of coins, the buy price of the feature went down to €6,40 and I was planning to buy it when my balance reaches at a certain amount. Then something horrible happened. I pressed spin and got disconnected from the game provider, so I had no other choice than refresh the page. Guess what!? The buy price is back to €20 again. Is this normal? I got so mad, I have spun over 400 spins to get that far and it's all gone! Quote
ValDes Posted November 15, 2017 Posted November 15, 2017 Definitely not the outcome which one would expect and yeah, I could perfectly imagine your frustration being annoyed myself how hard is triggering that never coming feature... You should contact the casino and request them to help you further though. The game must be resumed back to the exact same state it was before the internet connection interruption or any other software malfunction. cocopop3011, LeoDubbed and Fiekie247 3 Quote

Well I don't know what the problem was and where it from but I just tested the same game at CasinoEuro and it seemed it worked perfectly just fine, the buy price remains where I left it. Quote
ValDes Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 Well I don't know what the problem was and where it from but I just tested the same game at CasinoEuro and it seemed it worked perfectly just fine, the buy price remains where I left it. Of course, no one ever doubt that the buy feature status must be resumed to the exact same state it was before the end of the next round and/or any interruption between the communication with the gaming server. There is however a small chance you could have experienced what I call a "kiss-your-spin-winnings-goodbye" situation where a visual glitch could represent a start of the spin which would never ever reach the gaming server, won't deduct funds from your balance or simply put - it doesn't exist for the server or any of its logs. Such situation does not mean your buy feature status is lost though, so you'd better chase this one further with the casino team which on the other hand is supposed to contact the gaming provider support team and find out what happened. Keep us updated, truly curious to see what BTG support team is made of. Quote
LeoDubbed Posted November 16, 2017 Author Posted November 16, 2017 I've notified the casino regarding this matter and they are investigating it as we speak. I will keep you guys informed about the progress of this issue. Quote
LeoDubbed Posted November 17, 2017 Author Posted November 17, 2017 Update: Today I've received an email from the casino stating that the buy price is restored to €6,40 at €0,40 bet. Well, I didn't expect this but good news! Great service. ValDes 1 Quote
ValDes Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 Told ya! Good luck with White Rabbit though, I'm done for the moment with this game... It's just ultra brutal with me, taking hundreds and hundreds of spins to trigger a feature which would pay 50x bet at the best scenario. Quote

Yeah I had the same experience with Queen of Riches, I started with a €240 balance and played at €0,40 per spin. Never got any big wins. Only dead spins. BTG is just like Yggdrasil or Endorphina. The biggest win I won from The White Rabbit was 150x bet. Quote
Afi4wins Posted November 18, 2017 Posted November 18, 2017 BTG should be renamed Big Time Gluttony! Their games eat like a glutton... Quote
