Played on Codeta, did not get my money?

Recommended Posts

Hello! I just wanted to check with everyone if there is anything that i could do about my problem on Codeta.

I went to a friend 2 weeks ago and played some casino, i wanted to play on Codeta and i never knew that he had been there already, i deposited 20 Euro with 200% bonus.

I used casinodaddys bonus so the support added the bonus for me MANUALLY, i played and played and when i managed to wager the bonus i had 600 Euros left and withdrawed it, later on i didn't get my money because my friend had already used a bonus there. I never knew that he played there and because of the support adding my bonus manually i did not expect it either.

So i just wanted to ask everyone if you think there is anything i could do about it?

I really appreciate answers about this!

Greetings Marcus!

Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum.

I'm afraid you can kiss your winnings goodbye and make sure to read more carefully all the relevant casino and bonus terms next time. The term below is from Codeta's General Terms&Conditions which YOU agreed on and accepted upon registering there.

33.1. All bonuses are limited to one person per household address and IP address.

Sorry for bringing the bad news... :(

Geees! That's a painful new lesson for you Marcus!  :(

Chances of getting paid by the casino is almost NIL...so you just have to be more careful about playing at your friend's place next time. Ask them first if they have played at any casino that you want to play. No point in repeating the same mistake!  ;)

Yeah...I'd love the kind of alarms you would get in a submarine...

alarm blaring...ngeeeeeat...ngeeeeeat...ngeeeeeat...warning notice blinking red bright...ABUSER...ABUSER...ABUSER...

It's a sad sad experience when this happens. Honestly, I think all casinos should have a 'wuuuut wuuut wuuut- multiple-bonus-claim alarm' and red light should appear when a bonus is (attempted) double claimed.

They probably do

They only choose to utilise it upon withdrawal though - funny that  ;)

That 1 IP address rule is ridiculous. It's designed (or should be) to stop one person claiming multiple offers. So if the person can show that he is indeed a different person i really don't see what the problem is. What happens if i sign up from a hotel's wifi? Mental. But it is their term so....so be it.

I think Codeta are a good casino though.
