Phantoms001
Anyone have any idea if I can close my casino account and my wife open a new account? We obviously have the same address and ip address. Would this generally be problematic? I have closed my account and my wife opened an account prior to a deposit, but would this be a problem on a site that I actually played on? I don't see anything in the terms specifically addressing this. Thanks
ValDes
Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers. Strange thing, we have just recently discussed the matter and here's the link to the forum topic. Same for Betat...all they said was 'don't play at the same time'. The only time anyone of them has gotten funny was if we both went to claim the same bonus offer. We've had numerous withdrawals and no issues. Got written confirmation as well (how well that'd hold up in court, i'll let a lawyer comment) I can't see anything wrong as long as it's not on the grounds of self exclusion. Or if your wife suddenly starts taking every bonus under the sun. Its strange - t's and c's even say 1 per IP address but i've never found this to be the case
LeoDubbed
Last year I found out that my Eurocasino account was locked and didn't know why. Asked live chat what to do and in the end they deleted my account and asked me if I want to create a new one. So I did and I also eligible for the welcome bonus . Never had any problems with my deposits and withdrawals. You should ask them first before creating another account. If they gave you the green light, you should save the conversation for proof if they decide to play hardball later on. Don't do things without permission. If you don't want to say then I strongly suggest you read their terms first in regards to two accounts at the same address. Most casinos allow this regardless of their terms as long as you obtain prior permission, it's usually when you don't have permission when you break their terms. Even though you are closing yours I'd still air with caution and get permission instead of just doing it and risk getting a withdrawal refused. No other way to say it. I'm an online poker player and liked playing slots because I could deposit 30.00, get a nice bonus, and play for a while (really just entertainment). My wife and I always played at different sites because of the "2 accounts" thing in most TOS. In the last few weeks, I've had quite a winning streak, about 5K across 4 sites (only depositing 25-30.00 at a time). Now after about 2-3 withdraws I don't get to use any bonuses anymore at any of the sites (uptown aces and slotocash are 2 of them). I really don't have a lot of interest in playing on these sites because I was cool with depositing 25.00 and playing with 75.00 but not so much with depositing 75.00 to play with 75.00 when all gambling online has always been shady. Aside from posting a complaint here, you really have no other recourse. My wife would like to play at Slotocash and Uptownaces. Not sure if it is worth the hassle.
