Can a Slot Game Remember What You Won?

Recommended Posts

Hello, I would like to know if a slot game remembers what you've won in the past. As a example: I last played the Admiral Nelson game and won 400 euros. After a few days I went to the same slot and now he gave absolutely nothing. This is also the case with multiple slots. Tipsy tourist win 160 euros 2 days later totaly nothing Puppy love win 100 euros few days later nothing. I have many examples like this

I ask the casino this question and they came al with the same answer. they work with a randdom key generator and so sometimes you win sometime you lose.

I'm not really happy with this answer, I think a slot game remembers what you've won in recent times and when you've won big winnings with a particular slot machine. That for the time being it does not give big profits anymore. does somebody know more about this case?

Nobody can give me a straight answer on this question. Experience shows that the slots keep this in mind. But I would like to know with certainty

Greetings,

Remco

You've already been given a straight answer dear. The answer is NO it does not remember what you have won. Just because you won 100 euros on Puppy Love it doesn't mean you'll win it again the next time you play it.

It is random, it's possible you could play Puppy Love another 100 times and still not win another 100 euros. That's just the way it goes. You won't get a straighter answer than that.

I'm sure some of our members can give you a bigger explanation of the RNG but ultimately as I said the answer to your question is No it does not remember you have won.

No need to (not saying software providers couldn't do so) - the fixed RTP ensures that a casino always wins.

I doubt any reputable company would risk their licence/reputation/legal proceedings to shave a few percentage points onto their returns.

When a game disconnects, when you don't wear your lucky T-Shirt on 50 spins...it don't matter. Anyone who says otherwise has a tinfoil hat on (or lost a bucket load)

Very simply put...does a slot game have a brain? Nope.

Can anything without a brain have or keep memories? Nope.

So...can a slot game remember what you have won? Nope.

The game doesn't and cannot remember anything...but the game mechanism does! It keeps all plays in its records.

Nonetheless, it doesn't recognise any of you as any single player...the game simply runs by its algorithms.

Nonetheless, algorithms are man-designed, so they are never perfect and cannot be perfect.

So, when it isn't perfect, anything becomes possible.  ^_^

Ever won big twice in one night? I know I have, which would surely be impossible if the games were remembering when you won a lot so as to compensate and take the money back from you later... some people suggest the games have some kind of "win limit" which lets you keep  hitting upto a certain point before taking it all back, but the truth is if you play for long enough you'll eventually go bust no matter what - the math of the game makes this inevitable.

So, as everybody else said... nope, the slots aren't remembering your wins... They might just hate you though! ;)

Some slots have features which get built the more you play. So they actually do remember you and your playing history.

For example, Castle Builder is one of these games.

Ah yes...that's true...but the game only remembers you because you need to continue on the game from where you have left off...

otherwise...it wouldn't give a damn! Hahaha.

Whether it has paid you well, or has paid you miserably...it doesn't give a hoot...it goes on as programmed to do!  :p

Yes, but often the wins become bigger as the bonus stage progresses.

Once you get to the later stages, wins become big!

That is already in the actual program of the game, mate!

The deeper you progress, the bigger the rewards...otherwise players would get bored real fast! Hahaha.  :D

I've played Castle Builder many times...without making a single overall win in the end!  :p

I'm with Afi on this one.... Had exactly the opposite experience with Castle Builder I & II so far and must admit the progress on the map had absolutely nothing to do with the scales of the regular wins. Actually, last several stages were always terrible in terms of payouts and my balance would almost dry up no matter of the bet currently in play... :(

Not an 'expert' with these two games in particular though, doubt if I ever made more than 30,000 spins in total. :p

Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers.

Let me answer your question in short... Yes, of course any casino game 'remember' what you won. The big question here is whether this fact could possibly influence somehow your next session with the same game and/or casino. And the answer is NO, categorically! If that was the case then no RNG out there would have ever been approved by any testing agency you could think of. :p
