603090569
Hey is anyone able to help me work out why my WH Vegas review was removed? Looking to make sure my future reviews fit what is required.

603090569
So my review gave my opinion that although equivalent RTP was presented for Blueprint games than that of other casino sites, I really strongly felt the actual payouts when playing via WH to be really poor (I went through a lot of spins too). I also suggested that based on the wagering requirements that I felt the bonus was generous, but that it served more as a way of trying the site, rather than a sure thing in terms of winning some withdrawable cash. I can’t see where this would breach policy and warrant removal (unless I’m being an idiot and missing something).

Well, just make sure that next time when you throw such serious accusations against online casinos you won't rely on your 'feelings', but on rock solid and justified proofs. 603090569
Ok - I get your point so can place a new review which demonstrates my points with facts (I.e how much I spent, the volume of spins etc) to give an idea of my experience on each of the games. It is fair to say though that there are slight double standards between what I should provide as evidence to my “opinion” and what a casino should provide to back up its RTP stats before that is considered as fact. The thing is casinos have zero influence over the so called RTP... It's predefined by the software vendor and no one else have the tools or any other means to 'twist' it in a way. In other words, if you are not happy with the outcome of a gambling session, you'd better contact the software vendor itself and asking for their further elaboration rather than quibbling with the casino where you had that session and which has zero ability to affect any of your spins, sessions, etc etc.
Actualplayer
Well, just make sure that next time when you throw such serious accusations against online casinos you won't rely on your 'feelings', but on rock solid and justified proofs. Thanks. This is not to criticize the people who work here, but the processes, so please take this with a pinch of salt. On one hand you ask for personal reviews, as in personal experiences and feelings about the casino in the review, but then again you are asking for objective facts, and remove any posts that have personal opinions? What ends up happening is that you might remove the negative reviews and just keep the positive ones, and why would you do this? Is being honest and having diverse reviews less important than not upsetting the casinos that pay your bills? I made a long review of Staybet and my long review was removed just because the casino didn't like that I stated that many people have had problems withdrawing money from them, and have had their winnings confiscated. These problems with the casino are facts, documented here and in many other places. Even Askgamblers admits in it's statement, on your Staybet casino page, that they have a lot of problems. Stating that you want facts about casinos does not seem genuine.
cocopop3011
I think only Valdes can address some of your questions since I didn't get to read the review before it was removed so not sure how you breached the guidelines. However, we don't just remove the negative reviews in fact if you take some time to just browse through some casinos you'll find plenty of negative ones. But I'm sure Valdes can jump in when he sees this and answer you better than I can on this one.

Stating that you want facts about casinos does not seem genuine. Well, if you were so punctual leaving your Staybet comments you would have never faced your post being removed on the first place. Still, just to make sure your totally unfounded and unfair comments towards our review approval process are explained and dealt accordingly, let me show you why nothing of what you claimed corresponds to the truth actually. Your removed comment: Staybet claims to have good withdrawal times, but this isnt really the case. They host a good selection of games Their promos, if they honored them if you won, are decent, big in size and generous in terms of percentage and amount. Staybet site is pretty easy to navigate, the menus are accessible thru multiple browsers and phones. I did feel OK and thought their site was trustworthy just by looking at their web page. How wrong I was. I am glad askgamblers and other sites warn about these bad apples who appear to be solid but turn out to be rogue. I registered at staybet, it was smooth, and luckily didnt win. They send promos to email daily. Staybet finally received a warning from askgamblers, after too many players got played by Staybet, who received the nick name stayawaybet. They wont play fair, pay you, and uf some reason you get paid, it is after a lot of hassle and jumping thru hoops. Stay bet is a typical rogue casino that sends a lot of promotions, daily 50-200 % bonuses, trying to get players in and to deposit. I played there and started receiving daily spam from them so I unsubbed from promos. As I knew they were not paying winners, as multiple sources here and other forums complained about it. They throw a lot of money at affiliates, so even here they have a score of decent rank, although they are a totally unreliable casino. Staybet took my deposits, and lucky for me I didnt win. Because it would have been unlikely to get my money any way, and I would just have tilted in the process. Waste of time. I dont understand how a casino like this can be still operating, get marketed here or else where and hold any kind of valid license How could someone dare to comment withdrawal process in particular casino operator without ever requesting one is beyond my imagination! Not even willing to comment of the rest of your... don't even know how to call this pile of false and unsupported accusations! Of course, one of our support agents did what it must be done and your so called 'review' has been removed due to multiple violations of the AskGamblers Posting Guidelines with the following message: Comment has been deleted due to violation of AskGamblers Posting Guidelines, section Facts. Please make sure to check all Posting Guidelines here - http://www.askgamblers.com/posting-guidelines We would like to remind the player that sharing your negative experience with a casino or particular casino service is totally okay as long as you are doing it with enough arguments and justification. Writing about withdrawal, without actually requesting one, is only assumption but not justified accusation. I can see you left another review yesterday which has already been addressed by the casino rep which comes to prove you just need to follows the rules rather than chasing chimeras and throwing unjustified, unfair and totally false accusations. Not sure if we will tolerate such behaviour any longer, so make sure you would use your second choice wise. cocopop3011
