christine1955
Hi In light of the recent refunds being given for some players from Cassave Casinos, I started wondering about other sites I have played at and self excluded from, in this instance, Unibet Group- who I believe are now under Kindred.. Has anyone had their deposits back from Unibet Group of Casinos after registering in a sister casino following self exclusion? I self excluded from Unibet in 2013, in 2015 and 2016 I registered and played at Maria Casino and Bingo.com, (again I self excluded.) At the time I saw Bingo was same group as Unibet and asked if I could continue playing, only to be told I shouldn't have registered and that no monies would be returned. I just accepted this and thought no more about it, until the recent Cassava saga. Has anyone been in this situation, tried to get their deposits back, any info would be welcome. On another note, similar circumstances with EveryMatrix some time ago but my deposits were refunded.
MacdoniS
No, mate no. I have been experience using Unibet's casino using a different account of my friends in other location and as remember they self excluded their accounts and didn't get any refunds before/after that self exclusions. They got nothing because they're self excluded as far the casino concerned they will email you about the refund. I know this because I have seen an email from other players (different forums) that they will have their refunds.I ask, if did you explain your scenario before you play even if you're already excluded? That will be a different case mate.
pinnit2015
If Unibet/Kindred hold a UKGC licence, which they do, then the UKGC say that if you close an account under SE then, should you then set one up one under the same licence then you should have bets void/deposits refunded. Think any SE issues have to go through the UKGC (rather than ecogra). I THINK.
pinnit2015
Sooner the UKGC roll out the centralised database the better

pinnit2015
Unibet are a good casino so if somethings not been done that should have been, then they should come good. Still don't know why in this day and age a distinction is drawn between remote and non-remote gambling.
