And no one would be surprised to see you quitting the casino forever once you get that withdrawal anyway... Just feel sorry about Jelena and all her efforts so far... After all, I'm totally convinced she has most probably put a huge, red-text note attached to your account so that her colleagues would be able to assist as fast and adequate as possible, but apparently to no avail. I asked about my funds and comp points transfer, then they said they will send the email to relevant department, i though they would know to transfer the funds my saturday, since they advised me about the transfer of funds, now they needed to ask again. I think after my funds are transfered, Ima make a deposit, withdraw everything in my account and most likely close it or I do not know... I have only made 1 or 2 deposits at Fruity Casa since that 'unforgettable' mishap experience, and I didn't take any bonus. Sad to say, I didn't make any win or withdrawal either. She told me that it's not possible because I've played with USD for many years. She advised me to create a new account with EUR currency, the strangest thing is, both account are still active, I can play with both account, make a deposit and withdraw with no problem at all. It's weird but you can have one account for each currency, I even created another account with GBP and it worked just fine. Never had any problems with deposits and withdrawals. Well, it occurred to me that each currency is a different casino. Intercasino was like MG casinos back in the day, you need to download their software in order to play and you're given a currency selection before the download starts. Unlikely that each currency is a different casino mate, certainly not when all are using the same Intercasino name! in any case, your registration details would all still be the same for all 3 accounts, right?
