Won £12000+ then computer crashed help!

Hi i was playing online slots and I thought I won £6 (i wasn't paying alot of attention) then as the win came in it just kept going up and up, it got above £12k and then crashed like it was faulty... I have contacted the casino and asked them to look into it. My question is even if there was a technical issues do I stand any chance of getting the money the error was on there side)? what do I need to do if they try not to pay me? Am I allowed a copy of my resent wins?

Hi Dohped, and welcome to Askgamblers forum.

 

Your case, if it is due to any sort of malfunction, either on the casino's side, or on your computer's side, then there can be absolutely no chance at all of getting paid for an erroneous win due to a malfunction. A 'malfunction voids all wins' clause exists within all casino's Terms and Conditions. All you can get back would be your last bet amount and the balance left in your account before the computer crashed.

 

If your win was a legitimate one, meaning, that 12k win came from a winning combination from that slot game, then you have a chance of getting it all paid out to you. That win wasn't due to a malfunction, so your win is not voided.

Out of interest how much was your bet? Might be able to give you a good idea as to whether or not a 12k would be possible.

More to the point, which game did he play? Because even in certain slots with a $10 bet, 12k sometimes cannot be reached.

 

You know you need just $1.80 bet on DOA and wild line on 5th or 6th spin to win that 12K.

Yep very true, even knowing the game can help us determine whether or not the player did actually hit a $12K win. But I'm wondering whether we'll have a reply from the OP?
