I think it depends on the contains of the chatlog, AG doesn't allow external link or strong language so, further than that I think you can post any chatlog here.

Welcome to Askgamblers! Well, if you will ask chat logs are important proof that you may use for your query/concern. Like what Cocopop said, you can post the chat logs but not the external links without permission. Just be careful to post the chat logs because there are parts that you must not show to us because of its privacy maybe you can private message the administrator like Cocopop or Valdes if what parts of the chat logs you're allowed to post. If you think it doesn't have any problem you can post the whole chat log. Good luck mate!

This issue can be a real bummer indeed! 

 

I have experienced the same situation before, many years ago, but I cannot remember at which casino it was.

 

In such a situation, no two casinos would do the same thing! The Bonus Terms may state 10x the bonus amount, but the general T&C may state 10x the deposit amount. In some casinos, it is also clearly stated that if a dispute should arise, the Promotions Terms will prevail, meaning, the Bonus Terms. In others, the general T&C prevails. So it's like flipping a coin if you don't know the rules.

 

I've had both sides of the coin imposed upon my winning amount...once the Bonus Terms, the other the general T&C. Won one lost one.

Your case if rather a straightforward case, I'm afraid. It's either one or the other, no two ways about it. Firstly, it all depends on the Bonus Terms and the General T&C. Does the Bonus Terms indicate that in any dispute, the Bonus Terms shall prevail? If this is not stated in the Bonus terms, then the General T&C prevails, meaning, what the casino has offered to you was the best that they can do, not forgetting that extra 50 free chip that Stephanie has also offered to you.

 

In most instances, the T&C wins! In rare case, the Bonus Terms wins! This is a bit like Claire vs Trump...hahaha. 

 

Well, 1500 is indeed a lot of money, Harry, so perhaps you can check out all the terms again to be sure of yourself, before deciding to take up what the casino has offered, or go on fighting for the full Bonus amount win. It's all up to you now, 

 

If it's the full Bonus amount you want to fight for, then you can use Askgamblers Complaints service for assistance. No guarantee of a win though! Hahaha.

And the reason why I posted that here for you is basically to say that if I was in your position I'd take the 250 withdrawal and just take it as a learning curve for the future. I know it's not what you wanted to hear and you'd hoped we could help you get the rest but your chances are very slim. Especially if they've already reduced the balance too.

 

And since they already added a free chip for you too I definitely think you should just cashout now and see if u can win again from free chip.
