Yeah, Cashpot etc is a no no for me. There are too many complaints against that casino group. There are other better casinos with decent welcome offers like 200% without max cashout restrictions. Plus, it looked like she avoid your question or she didn't informed very well. This casino is also blacklisted on some websites but that's what I know so far.

Try Gale & Martin mate...I got a nice 400% deposit bonus for first deposit.

Wagering is only 20xd+bonus...same group with Madame Chance if I'm not mistaken.

A classic example of bad customer support IMO. Either the agent didn't understand what you meant or just didn't know the answer.

 

And I would have have done exactly the same, thank you but no thank you. It's crucial support can give direct answers, if a casinos own staff members can't give the answers how are you supposed to trust the casino. Just my opinion of course.

Yep, if you wanna play at any of those casinos that allow bonus money to be played only on GamesOS games, then better play without taking any deposit bonuses. Sometimes, they offer free spins on NetEnt games with a deposit, and these are the ones that I would take up. The free spins winnings can also be played on any NetEnt games, so that's okay. 

 

But to play bonus money on GamesOS games only...ooh boy...I've never won on it, I couldn't even complete half the wagering requirements!

Typical example of misunderstanding I believe... 

 

The agent was trying to explain that your max cahsout is in direct dependence of this particular term concerning withdrawals:

 

 

If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount.

 

Obviously, the casino chat host failed explaining it in the most comprehensive way though...
