Well mate, first thing to do is to check their T&C to make sure that you can use VPN to play their games...regardless of what that Live Chat host has told you! Better be absolutely sure than to regret later.

 

If no restriction is mentioned, then register using your usual mode, no VPN please. 

 

Use VPN only when you want to play those MG free spins...it may necessitate you to log out then log in again...not sure. Those MG games should load and start up as if there's no restriction imposed. But then again, it may not work either...I cannot be certain mate.

Because this could cause issues at a later stage maybe, logging in with 2 different IP's and 2 different locations on the same day lol.

I completely agree! I don't think he should of advised you this either. Chances are if you had won and they found out they would have confiscated winnings. 

 

Did you do what Afi suggested and check to see of there is any mention of VPN's in the terms. 

 

The only time I ave ever done this is when I play from a certain browser on my iPad that allows me to access instant play and not mobile sites but it shows I'm from the US so had to change to UK, so still not breaking any casinos terms. I'd never use it like support mentioned.

My own experience using VPN while playing in online casinos is pretty controversial though and it seems it all depends on the relevant operator eventually. For example, I'm using VPN to play in a very reputable casino from well over 18 months and never ever had a problem with them so far. Indeed, specifically requested and been granted a permission to do that... On the other hand, been using VPN over the course of a week at several casinos, all of them belonging to the same casino group, all of them specifically allowed me to do that, and what a surprise... all of them where I won refused to pay afterwards and what's most irritating and annoying, totally refused to take some sort of responsibility giving misleading advice to their customers...  

 

In short, I would never trust a VPN permission unless it's coming from MGA/GRA/UKGC licensed casino. Hope that would help.

Hello all, recently I maded account to BonanzaGame and before that, I asked If it's safe to play here, so they checked If I have another account here.
Response was, Yes! you can play here safely, no multiple accounts here. Unfortunately I didn't get any screenshots about this conversation only one proof I played with bonus money here. Well I received first deposit bonus, managed to win over 6k and complete the wager, even I didn't use bonus money I wagered it, because real money is first then bonus money I been told on the chat. Finally I withdrawed and I was thrilled and happy. Then I send my documents here, all kind of documents they need. Well I waited almost week and finally get a response like this:

This is outragerous and unfair attempt from the Security Service, I followed all the rules and played fairly and won fairly, they don't even show me any proof that I have another account there and I can guarantee 100% there is not! Why would I lie and do such a stupid thing to make multiple accounts then play here, that's why I checked and confirmed that there is only one account only.

I need help! Can I get my winnings back, this is just cruel. I'm shocked this is first time ever, I got this response from this casino. Every other casino, have been payed me fairly and with trustworthy service as it should been every other casino.

What I do now? I will not be let this fly, without any good proofs or good explanation why they did this!

@Headi1983 ALWAYS check the bonus terms FIRST before taking up any bonuses at any casino!
