Which license is trustworthy

Hi I'm sort of new to these forums though not new to casino gaming unfortunately,I've been having trouble trying to get anyone to answer a simple email at maxx casino no one answers emails the live chat doesn't work so my question is done I trust a casino automatically because they have a UK license any thoughts on this I would love to hear them or advice

My advise to you is to browse the casino list here at Askgamblers and by selecting a casino, you can find all the informations about them and details are on the right side of the page  Also, high rated casinos are recommended.

Thanks leo for replying I did look into this casino and read there t@cs it's just they have replied to one email though I sent three and the reply was let's just say short and sweet,the live chat never works but they got positive reviews on ag,s I've had some bad experiences with some casinos but I'm quite knowledgeable now but this one I can't even contact plus I've requested 2 withdrawls so as usual it's time I think to start worrying?requestEd withdrawl Monday and still nothing

Well, I see that they have a 1-5 days pending time and another 1-5 e-wallet processing time. So, if you requested the withdrawals via e-wallet, you have to wait a maximum of 10 days till the money reached your e-wallet. Personally I wouldn't play here since their support is very poor, long pending time and long processing time. There are plenty casinos with faster withdrawal time like hours or even minutes.

Very true leo my main casino is trada but it went cold on me lately so suspended it for awhile,signed up in the early hours to maxx casino half asleep and didn't read what I should have:)I'll wait till I get my withdrawls then close this awful casino,thanks again for your help...good luck

I did read a couple Macedonis they seemed fine but in the early hours of the morning it was the UK license that made me sign,daft I know not reading more but how does a very trustworthy place like the UK licenseing board grant a licence to these half wits?

Well, I think that helped you but if you want to know if they're really trustworthy even if they're (like other player wrote as a review) you must first try it. As I observed you have a pending withdrawal from that casino? How's it going mate? Do you submit a complaint? If yes just stick and wait till the range of that withdrawal days.

Thought about that coco but it does say pending and withdrawls up to nine days it's not even the withdrawls as much as not one person seems to answering emails and live chat well that has never worked not once

 

There's nothing worse than not being able to get through to customer support, I hate that too. Okay so let's wait out the pending time then and as soon as that time frame has been exceeded go ahead with the complaint. Keep us posted.

IMO customer support is what really defines a casino, it's just so important these days! But anyways glad you got your money and hope the other withdrawals go smoothly too.
