Withdrawal time should be 2-5 days as indicated to their casino withdrawal option if you're an existing user but if not there's a validation process that will take some time.

If you check their t's and c's they auto reverse any pending withdrawals you have once your balance hits a certain amount...so: autoplay, walk out of room and come back and you think you've won. Loads of complaints on it: wouldn't touch with a bargepole - absolutely mental and extremely poor casino practice.
